Fantastic experience: If you are serious about fitness, committed to doing the work, willing to listen to the trainers, wise enough to scale the workout to your age and genetics, able to come in consistently (yeah that may be only 2 or 5! times a week but hit that rhythm), then this is the place. The rest is up to you. Excellent trainers, great facility, the rest is on you. No excuses!
