Fantastic experience: My 12 year old soccer player has always had great experiences at PAR, she loves it. Coach Preston is a great coach and an even better human being. He not only trains atheletes bodies, but the last 10 minutes of class he sits down with the kids and talks with them, training their minds as well.

Fantastic experience: Coach Preston is a master of his craft. He truly enjoys giving his vast knowledge to the kids. He makes sure the kids know why they're doing a specific drill. We started training last month looking to correct running technique and increase acceleration. I think he's doing a great job.

Fantastic experience: My 3 grandchildren train w/Preston and I like how he teaches them how to use their mind as well as their bodies to become physically and mentally fit to perform better in their sports, school and life.
