Fantastic experience: Indoor showers and lots of equipment to choose from. They have crossfit but you're not required to have that as part of your membership.

Fantastic experience: Love the GYM very old school and they don't lock into a contract. It's month to month. Hopefully, they can become a 24/7 access GYM or extend hrs of operation.

Fantastic experience: I-4 Fit is a great gym with small business appeal. The gym is clean with sanitizing spray for all equipment. The machines, benches, and weights are kept in great condition. It is clear that the owner takes pride in their gym. My wife and I have also been taking the CrossFit classes for several months. It has been a real help to our overall health. The classes are designed to push you to your limit and they do. But without going overboard. We were effectively beginners and the trainers continue to help us complete the workouts properly. There is always a focus on technique and safety, never pressure to go beyond what is reasonable. We enjoy the challenge of the hard workouts. The other members in the classes all encourage each other, it is a very positive atmosphere (especially for newbies like us).

They know what pushes each individual to do better, and they help to make us all stronger and healthier every day. The gym is clean, and everyone is respectful. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming and family oriented establishment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over a year now and absolutely love it! I take the group fitness classes, which have helped take my fitness to the next level. The classes are always different and never boring. The coaches are extremely motivating, plus have helped me improve my overall form, strength, and technique. The owners are awesome and truly care about every member. Feel so fortunate to have found this gym! Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mike and Chanellia are nothing short of good hearted people trying to make a living running a local gym that everyone calls a second home. They are ALWAYS looking out for the well-being of their staff, their members, and the trainers that have an opportunity to improve their craft there. So the fact that anyone would attack their livelihood for reasons unrelated is a pretty sh!tty way to conduct yourself. As someone who has experience with fake, false reviews, it YOUR responsibility to adhere to your business ethic and proper conduct. Leaving a false review on another's business that has absolutely ZERO ties to your service is indicative of your character and business conduct.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic hidden gem of a gym just outside the heart of Longwood. The staff is always upbeat, eager to help and more than accommodating. The owners make sure their clients, customers and staff are a top priority. Excellent facility with everything from your typical gym equipment to a functional fitness room with a fully equipped locker room. A great gym to call home and folks to consider as your gym fam.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be heading to I-4 Fit in a little while. It is the best part of my day. I love the facility, the staff, the owners, the coaches, the members, etc. I participate in the group classes - 6 days a week. You receive personal attention & instruction. There are intense cleaning protocols during the current situation including social distancing and a cap set on class sizes. The owners, Mike & Chanellia, have been personally instrumental in assisting me to continue my ongoing body transformation - not only through working out, but also with nutrition counseling. I can neither say enough great things about I-4 Fit nor recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to begin or continue a fitness journey!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at I-4FIT before it even was I-4FIT. The owners, Mike and Chanellia, are awesome....friendly, informative and helpful. Chanellia has been my coach for almost 2 years now and I am extremely happy with the results. Anyone not happy with this place should really go work out on their own.....on a small island.....away from everyone else...

I like the facility because it is smaller in size, very clean, and the equipment is nice. The gym management and members are professional. Most importantly I feel very comfortable at I-4FIT and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey.

The equipment variety is awesome and the facility is always clean and fresh. Fantastic experience: Couldent park in your parking because the insurance agency across the corner's security guard said it was for IOA's "hundreds" of employees only. They turned away me and 1 other person I saw trying to park against the lake area. 5 stars because this isn't your fault, i just thought you should know.

Fantastic experience: I discovered this place as part of a 6 week challenge (this is after a background in crossfit, circuit training, powerlifting and strength training). Training on my own was getting boring (as well as difficult to fit into my crazy work schedule), and I was plateauing with regards to weight loss and strength. I needed something I could go in and do that was safe but challenging, something that involved cross conditioning and muscle confusion. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I love that you have 2 kinds of classes (POWER vs FIT) to choose from and several locations and times, some days I wanted to sleep in an extra 30 mins and I could do so knowing that I could hit up their later class at a nearby location. Their trainers really care about you and your goals, I casually mentioned to two different trainers that I was interested in revisiting Olympic lifting, both offered to coach me after a class AND one referred me to an upcoming seminar. Literally everyone has been so supportive and down to earth. I have been to several local gyms and they are just the best if have concrete goals and are serious about them (nutrition counseling and in-body scanner on site at this location).

Fantastic experience: I have been apart of EW Fitness since December 2017. Before the 6 week challenge, I lost 30 lbs because of diet and staying consistent with their Coach Led Fit Class. I wanted to take my health, wellness, and fitness a step further, and signed up for the 6 Week Challenge. The challenge diet, along with Fitness, Power, and Personal Training classes led by world class trainers, helped me lose an additional 6 lbs on top of losing 4% body fat and gaining 3 pounds of muscle. The 6 week challenge should be offered at over a $1000 value, but you are getting it for $200! Don’t cheat yourself and take advantage of this life changing experience.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough positive things about this place. I bounce between Lake Mary and Longwood locations and have been doing Fit class, Crossfit and personal training. Every single person that works for this place is amazing. Everyone always has a smile and gets to know you. Classes are a blast and you look forward to going to see the coaches and trainers. Some of the classes change coaches regularly and you never have to worry because they are all equally amazing.
