Fantastic experience: I was house/petsitting for almost two weeks out in Longview, and, if I could only bring this studio back home with me to Vancouver I would. I’ve been back home for a couple days now, but I miss it terribly. If I lived in or even just 30 minutes closer to Longview, I would not hesitate to purchase one of their packages so that I could take classes whenever I wanted. If you love yoga, and you have compassion for yourself and are looking for that perfect spot, please, please, please do yourself a favor and go to Holos Yoga. Heck, even if you’re just in town visiting friends or family - do it! You’re body and mind will thank you! Also, before I forget to mention, their instructors are absolutely fantastic, they were super welcoming and themselves full of compassion for their students, and passion for the practice. Just the loveliest folks! So, seriously, why are you still reading this and NOT booking a class?!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Holos for a few years now. I've been through several instructors, seen some come and go and even seen it change owners. Michael is the current instructor that we have been with for Thursday night hot vinyasa flow. He is really sweet and caring. He listens to his class and pays attention to their needs. When he hears that someone has wants to focus on an area of their body, he works that into the flow for the night. When a regular member of the class is struggling with something for a long time, he thinks of ways he can help them health through their practice. He uses yoga holistically and it's very amazing.. he's very kind and thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: Tried out the infared yin. Left me feeling very sore (I think I went too deep) but incredibly loose. I wanted to find something to help me with my chronic chest tightness and back pain. About halfway through there was a pose that gave my chest a great stretch and I immediately felt my back loosen and pop right where I was hurting. The instructor had really good energy and the environment was very relaxing and welcoming. This was my first time going to a yoga class and it was wonderful in every way.
