Fantastic experience: Love it here!!! Amazing staff, great location, and I love how they make you feel like you're a part of a family. I'd never taken any boxing classes before, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the trainers here helped me throughout the classes. My kids are taking classes as well. How many gyms do you know of, that allow you to bring your kids also? If you're thinking about going in... Do it, don't even hesitate!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. A little bit of everything. Very cool vibe. No ego's. Definitely not your average gym. Better in every way. If you're looking for a really trendy very modern place, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a real place to train and listen to great music at the same time. This place is for you. Don't take my word for it. Go and check it out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: My son recently started at Long Beach United Boxing, and I’m so pleased with this AMAZING PROGRAM. I searched around to find the perfect environment that would give us a total package of a great coach, nice facility, amazing program, clean environment, each child excited about being there, and I found all that in Long Beach United Boxing. I’ve told all my friends they have children all about this GREAT facility and even posted on IG. If you’re looking for the perfect year around program for your child starting at age 6, don’t look any further because this is your perfect solution. Thank you Long Beach United Boxing for teaching my son Quincy the fundamentals and we look forward to our future with you.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have never taken a kickboxing class before and this was the best experience I could have asked for. Emanuel, was knowledgeable, technique oriented and patient. Maya who showed me the ropes and got me geared up was the kindest person ever! Felt like I walked into a family that greeted me with a warm hug after a rough day. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I think this is an absolute wonderful gym. It really has an old school boxing feel to it. My sons attended the boxing classes and I enjoyed the training they received. Coach Frank and coach Shawn saw that every child got the proper training. There is regular breaks and no child is being pushed over their limits. I enjoyed the professionalism everyone has here. You can’t beat the monthly membership price they have. They sell wraps and gloves. It’s street parking.

Fantastic experience: Best place in town!! I have bringing my kids to the kids gym class for years and they love it! All coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is very welcoming as well. Coach Kris is very helpful and is always so welcoming with a smile. My kids love this place. We love Long Beach United Boxing Gym!

Fantastic experience: I read the reviews for this Boxing/MMA gym and that’s what encouraged me to go. I’d always wanted to take up boxing but was hesitant since not many women do it and these gyms are filled with guys so I always felt weird walking in. I took a Muay Thai class this evening and I’m hooked!! People are so inedibly nice from Chris, who helped me book the class to Jays, the instructor who is not only amazing but spent the time to make me feel comfortable and welcome and spent time during the class w/me and another new person teaching us the moves step-by-step. I’m blown away by this amazing community of solid people and the quality of the class. This will def now be my gym of choice!! Thank you LB United Boxing

Fantastic experience: I hold this place dear to my heart. The teachers are amazing, the facility is clean, and the schedule is ideal! My daughter would box after preschool every day. We moved to Newport Beach but are signing back up for lessons for my daughter this month. I will be joining for classes as well, aside from my monthly gym membership, to pick up some knowledge and shed a little weight.

Fantastic experience: Long Beach United is such a great gym! I love learning techniques, and not just throwing punches at a bag. They have real boxers and fighters teaching the classes. It’s the best shape I’ve ever been in, simply from going to the classes a few times a week. It can also teach you self-defense. Love this place and everyone who works there!

Fantastic experience: I just received another compliment about what great shape I’m in, so I thought I should give proper credit to LB United. Today I did the 7 am boxing class with Joseph, and the hour flew by before I realized how hard he worked us. I am not athletic, so I have to concentrate and watch others, but I appreciate how he gives each boxer some individual instruction and encouragement. I just started this summer and have already noticed a big improvement in my skill level and coordination. I recommended it to a friend, and now she’s hooked, too!

Fantastic experience: Go in and Ask for Sebas! he is the best, a month ago my mom and I decided to get him as a personal trainer and we have seen very good results! he is so nice! always encourages us to be our best! you can tell he truly cares about us!
