Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym that you can feel at home in. The owner Crystal is an awesome and motivating person to have in your corner. The hours are convenient and their is a great variety of conventional and non conventional exercise equipment. Plus group classes that are affordable for members and non members.

Fantastic experience: This is a small gym, but it is well worth it! Everyone is very kind and encouraging. I've been going there for about 6 months with my trainer Phil and have no regrets. Reasonable price and great hours to work out.
