Fantastic experience: Challenging workouts with terrific coaches that help you get the most out of them. Really happy I found it!
Fantastic experience: I went to the free Fit Camp at Prost Brewing company and was offered a free trial class at the Highland’s Ranch location. I can not reccomend them enough, from there coaches/staff to the cardio class itself, Eat the Frog is a great way to step into a healthier version of yourself while making friends along the way! Make sure you check them out!

Fantastic experience: Eat The Frog Fitness in Highlands Ranch gladly welcomes all ability levels, they have proven that fitness and a healthier life can be achieved no matter someone’s limitations. They practice their compassion for inclusive fitness by incorporating modified movements, nutritional advice and counseling, stretching workshops, and have even held a workshop on promoting mental health through exercise. Their members and coaches come from all backgrounds, and have created a sense of belonging that continues to evolve and grow through acceptance. For anyone who is curious, or unsure about stepping into a fitness studio, I highly suggest visiting Eat The Frog Fitness in Highlands Ranch. As their coaches say, “the hardest part of a workout is stepping through the doorway.”

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Eat the Frog for the last year and a half and love it! The workouts change every week giving you a new challenge, make it fun and prevents boredom. I go to an hour class 3-4 days a week and have seen real results, I am stronger than I ever have been! You can't go wrong to join the Eat the Frog family!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! I've been at Eat the Frog for several months now. The staff is so great and welcoming. The members are super friendly and supportive. It feels like there is something for everyone here. I had back surgery in the past and the low impact, high intensity workouts and options from coaches keep me active and safe. No matter where you are in your fitness they have a great option for you. Always fun and challenging!
Fantastic experience: I began working out here in September and have enjoyed it so much ever since then. I even decided to join the team and began working at the front desk. The members are supportive and welcoming, the equipment is top of the line and always clean, and the workout regimen has helped me get strong enough to go skiing and running without knee pain! It is well worth it to invest in your health and this makes it fun too!
Fantastic experience: I have been with Eat The Frog Fitness from the day it opened. The entire community & team at this studio are by far the friendliest people I have experienced at any boutique fitness studio. It does not matter your age or fitness level, everyone belongs. The session design delivers amazing results and they are tracked from day 1. They believe in helping all of their members set realistic goals and with the program design and support of their team, these goals can be achieved. This studio has been a game changer for the Highlands Ranch area.
Fantastic experience: TL;DR: Best boutique gym in Highlands Ranch for value, equipment, pricing and convenience - and I've tried eight of them. Key benefits of the Frog: - PRICING. Frog charges one flat rate and it's way on the bottom end of pricing for gyms in the area. (Not going to say how much, because I'm sure it will change.) The price includes small group training, and unlimited 24/7 classes either with coaches or virtually. You get a key fob and can go at 2am, if that's your thing. - COACHING. Denise, the head trainer, is freaking fantastic. I was a trainer (CSCS) years ago, so I feel like my opinion here carries weight. The attention to good form and safety is really important to me as I get older, and the modifications to exercises to accommodate different fitness levels is well above par. The expertise of Denise and her staff is evident in every class and every instructor is fun and motivating. - CONVENIENCE: Scheduling is easy on the app, there's always a class available and I can do them whenever I want. - VIBE. One of the things that stands out about the Frog are the members. Friendly coaches beget friendly participants, and everyone at the Frog is supportive and fun. - PROGRAMMING. Classes are always changing so it stays exciting, but what I think matters more is that sessions follow an overall structure. The workout progression allows your body to peak and recove,r so you get maximum results. You can also attend certain kinds of classes to tailor your experience to your personal fitness goals whether they be weight loss, conditioning, agility or whatever. - EXTRAS. A few little things that make a big difference: super clean, good system for monitoring heart rate, high-end equipment, they do in-body assessments at no additional charge and their app monitors measures and shows your progress as you get more fit. Bottom line? Try it out. Everyone I have referred to the Frog absolutely -loves- it.
Fantastic experience: Eat the Frog has really shown me a love for fitness. After hearing about ETF from my work, I decided to give it a try not knowing what I was getting into. The studio is very clean and has a welcoming environment. It is a fun environment with amazing people who support each other. I am so grateful to the coaches at ETF who inspire me everyday to push myself and become the best version of myself possible! I am currently doing the 8 week weight loss challenge and I’ve got nothing but amazing support. I’ve felt extremely motivated and after 4 weeks I’m already down 10lbs. I have made working out a priority and part of my daily routine aside from rest days. I love my frog fam and I can’t wait to see this company grow! ❤️
Fantastic experience: This past June, I found Eat the Frog Fitness in Highlands Ranch. From the moment I walked into the studio, I knew I would love it. The workouts offer a blend of cardio, strength and core. I started by attending twice a week, now I'm addicted and try to attend at least 4-5 days a week. The workouts challenge me, but the coaches challenge me more. So happy I took a chance and walked through the Eat the Frog doors.
Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Over the years I’ve tried many different gyms and workouts and often had sore knees and shoulders. Eat The Frog offers a great workout that is low impact so no more sore knees! Since I joined 7 months ago I have lost 14 lb and am in great shape. The coaches are kind, fun and there is no ego.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very encouraging staff. If I haven’t been in awhile I will get a text from a trainer to check in and see how I’m doing and get me back into the gym. All around great place. 110% worth it.
Fantastic experience: I am 6+ months out of back surgery and have certain restrictions. But I want to work out! The coaches have been so helpful when I need to improvise my exercises. Low impact does not mean it doesn’t work! Thank you all for working with me! And this place is clean!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been in a lot of different gyms over the years; 24hr, CrossFit gyms, orange theory and personal trainers. Eat the frog has a great concept and a functional workout that works for you. You don’t feel left out, behind or trying to play catch up. You workout for you at your pace within their program. I have been going for the last three weeks and have not been bored or not challenged. They do a great job of inclusion and coaching even if you’re a beginner or expert. They also have fitness assessments, body composition machine and meal planning advice to cater to your success. Clean and fun place to workout.

Tons of options for all abilities and ages. You can use it to lose weight, lose inches, gain muscle mass. Also great cardio workouts on the bikes and rowers. I am in the best shape of my life right now at 44 years old..
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Orange Theory for years, then ChuzeFitness, but this workout is better than both of them! And, the equipment is top notch.....I’ve never used better.
Fantastic experience: I have thoroughly enjoyed working out at Eat The Frog Fitness!! They have been so welcoming and as someone who hates change. Changing my gym to Eat The Frog has been life changing! The workouts are engaging and the coaches are very supportive. The virtual classes are very well suited for myself on days I cannot make it to a class with an coach. Throughout covid, I feel safe working out at a clean gym with small class sizes! Oh and guess what? They have classes 24hrs a day so you never have to worry that a class won’t fit your schedule. Overall, a 10/10 experience highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Denise was my fav trainer at a different gym, and when I saw she was training at ETF, I had to check it out. I also really like the focus on strength training and weights incorporated into the workout. It's such a good workout with a variety of things to do, you don't really need to do a lot of cardio to get your heart rate up which makes it really fun for me.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym/workout program I have ever been a part of! The coaches and other members are great and super friendly. I’ve done many classes with Frankie, Jena and Denise and they are all awesome! Everyone knows you by name and encourages you to be your best. The design of the classes is great with three different types of workouts to do and the workouts change each week so you never get bored! My biggest challenges when is comes to working out are getting bored or trying to stay motivated to workout by myself. With this gym I know I will never get bored and there are so many great people to keep me motivated! The workouts are great for all types of people as there are modifications for almost every move and heart rate monitors keep track of your workout stats so you can push to meet your own personal goals every class. Give this gym a try if your looking for a great, individualized type of workout program that is perfect for all types of people!
Fantastic experience: Such a fun workout!! The best gym I have ever been to! The coaches are very supportive and encouraging and helpful. The time FLIES in these sessions. I was so sick of wasting time with what machine/exercise to do next and that does not happen here. It's low impact and high intensity which I really like. I am so happy to have found this place!
Fantastic experience: This is by far THE best gym I have ever been a part of! I feel like a true member of a team whose goal is to push ourselves every day harder and further than yesterday. I feel so welcome when I walk through those doors because everyone is rooting for everyone to succeed! I walk out of those doors every time knowing I'm stronger than when I came in! The coaches are so energetic and silly! They're always there to make you smile and laugh even when your muscles are crying out! I've only been to about a half a dozen classes and I'm already getting compliments on my physique -something that hasn't happened in that short a time with any other gym! Bottom line, ITS A FUN TIME and you dont realize how important that is to a workout until you look back at all the other times you've tried and failed at working out because it got boring. I love this place and I look forward to going back every day!
Fantastic experience: Oh man, I LOVE this place. I am NOT a work out person. I get bored, then unmotivated, and then I stop. But not at this place. You are constantly switching activities so it keeps my attention and the time absolutely flies. James was the coach for my first session, his instructions were direct, to the point, and easily understandable. He also kept the class motivated and on track. I am definitely joining this place, it is like no gym I have ever been to.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to ETF Highlands Ranch for the past few weeks now and LOVE it! The staff and coaches are friendly, the gym is clean, the workouts are great and the coaches are so good about giving modifications if needed and encouragement throughout! I was used to the heart rate monitor from working out at orange theory for a couple years, but ETF works to make sure it is set to your body and they offer fit assessments and body scans to help make your workouts personalized just for you! (My heart rate monitor was never changed in the couple years at orange theory, and also never started with a fit test, so it’s kind of cool to see the personalization) Looking forward to gaining strength and getting a good workout in every chance I can!
Fantastic experience: Loving Eat The Frog Fitness Highlands Ranch. Tremendous staff who on top of being quality fitness coach’s are nice people. Have been consistently burning 800 calories plus per class and love the Heart Rate report that is immediately emailed post class. Awesome place!
