F45 Training Walteria

Fantastic experience: When I travel, I take advantage of keeping my F45 routine whenever a studio is nearby. F45 Walteria has been a go to for me when I visit the LA south bay area. The staff is great, and the facility is well laid out. I recommend it to anyone looking for an F45 option in the area.

Fantastic experience: I'm still a newbie at F45 and can only comment on the 5am classes at F45 Walteria. I would highly recommend that you give F45 Walteria a try as it's not at all what I expected, let alone thought I would last. I had always heard of F45, but the website looked too intimidating for me to try as all look slim & trim & fit. Well, unforseen circumstances landed me at F45. When I first showed up at the 5am classes I was overwhelmed as everyone looked so beautiful, refreshed, wide awake & fit VS. myself just rolled out of bed look, barely awake, barely matching & clearly the chunkiest & least fittest one the room observing the defibrillator machine while exercising. I didn't think I'd return after my trial, but I'm still going because once you try the classes and realize time goes super fast which I so love, you realize you don't have time to even feel intimidated or worry about anyone but yourself. You then realize the beautiful fit people are also super kind and friendly and just focusing on their own goals too. I love that F45 is truly for all ages and sizes. I have many injuries and they welcome you to go at your own pace and modify as needed. If you are an introvert like me, it's for you too because you are at your own station each time doing your own thing. Definitely an environment and fitness level for all. I love that I don't have to think about what to do. It starts on time, I just show up and do what I'm told and next you thing you know I'm done and sweating feeling satisfied and grateful I put me first to get some exercise. I haven't tried the super packed classes yet, but I would definitely recommend those considering to give F45 a chance start with the 5am classes. It's least packed and worth waking up super early to get the exercise in and start the day right. I'm grateful to F45 and if I can keep up with F45, I know for fact anyone can!

Fantastic experience: I just started working out again and The training programs along with the coaches here at F45 Walteria are amazing! The coaches guide and encourage you along the way during the duration of each workout (45 mins). The duration of the workouts is perfect for busy lifestyles.

Fantastic experience: I started working out at the Walteria location recently and absolutely love it! I can already feel the benefits! The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and ever so helpful without being pushy and 'in-your-face'. The location is large and never so busy/crowded that you feel claustrophobic, also, very important, there is plenty of free parking!

Fantastic experience: Signing up at F45 is one of the best investments you can make. F45 provides a clean, positive, fun with excellent trainers. The trainers give great technical feedback along with strong encouragement during the workouts. My wife and I enjoy the vibe here and coming to workout is one of the highlights of our day. Fantastic experience: Let's be honest, there are plenty of places where one can go to get a great workout, but it's the ones that have you coming back that matter! I was hooked the moment I walked through those door. It's simply a great community to get fit with and have a great time while your at it. From the management, to the trainers, to the members, everyone is friendly and motivating, which keeps me wanting to come back. The classes are setup so they are challenging no matter where I am at in my fitness journey. Todays class was just as hard if not harder than my first class! I see myself coming to these classes for a long time to come and I hope you will be joining me someday soon if your reading this review!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't say enough about this gym, Chris, Craig and the amazing staff here at F45. It's an absolute love/hate/love relationship - I love coming in getting excited and ready to workout, I love the coaches and the energy they bring. The hate part are the workouts cause they challenge you in a great way - it challenges their cardiovascular endurance, your functional strength, and your mental strength, and lastly I love the way I feel after the workout is over and the coaches are encouraging you with how great you did! Fantastic experience: I love this place. It’s more then just a gym, it’s a community. It makes you feel more accountable and want to push yourself when you see the same faces everyday. Every Day and every workout is different so you never get bored of the same movements. The trainers are there to help you with your form and push you when they know you are capable to do more. Great workout. Great people. Great changes.

Before this I tried several other gyms and NOTHING came close to this. The community of people are also wonderful, Ive become friends with a lot of people and I’m thankful for it!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym. The facility is brand new and state of the art. The owner, Chris, is a very nice and welcoming guy. The trainers, John, Emily, Jen and Morgan are all great. The workout is challenging and it offers a lot of variety. This place is the real deal. UPDATE: I have now been a member of F45 South Redondo for the past 5 months and I can say that this is the best gym ever. The variety of workouts keeps it fresh. I plan to be a member of F45 South Redondo for a long time!

Fantastic experience: This is a such a great workout and it's all over in 45 minutes. Strength, cardio, flexibility; it hits it all. The facility is clean, bright and equipped with a large array of equipment. The trainers are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is very positive.
