Fantastic experience: Brian and Lori are absolutely amazing! Their gym reflects them as a couple, and individually! You don't feel judged when you are working out, they are inspiring, and uplifting! They aren't pushy but yet anything you need they do everything in their power to make it happen! They make "going to the gym" so much more enjoyable! The location is spotless from the time you walk in the door, the machines, the bathrooms and everything in between. You can "smell" the clean as well...there is nothing that smells like a gym here!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever belonged to. Without exaggeration, the facility is kept hospital clean. Owners and staff take pride in that. Workout group is like family.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to gym whenever I am in town. While it is not as large as the franchise spots, it is more than sufficient and has everything that you need for cardio and weight training. I cannot speak to the classes. What I find remarkable is how the clean the gym is. For example, a member was wiping down the plates as he removed them from the bar. The staff is always friendly and the members, which range from serious lifters to the average joe, are all respectful of each other.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean, staff is very kind and helpful, plenty of new, well taken care of equipment, some things that are hard to find(e.g. deadlift platform), overall a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely the best in town.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting from Florida and found this fitness center/gym and we love it. The owners have lots of classes for all ages, even seniors, and the equipment is new and everything is kept spotless. Flat screens are available for treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, and weights. As a woman, I feel very comfortable working out and the staff is very friendly and supportive. I recommend checking out this gym and getting your body and mind healthy. Don’t procrastinate! Try for a week or try for a month, but just try! I am.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym that I stopped at while visiting family. Super clean, very friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to work out while on the road. It has two squat racks, deadlift platform, and smith machine. Plus plenty of dumbbells and machines to use as well. I would definitely be a member if I lived here.

Fantastic experience: They're conveniently located right in town and are all around best in the area for service, atmosphere, and equipment. Working out is my therapy for life and it's nice to know that I have a home away from my UCF home in Florida when up here to visit family. Worth a try!

VERY CLEAN facility... with an annual membership you get a FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT from a certified trainer! Open 7 days a week! LOVE IT!
