Fantastic experience: I have learned so much since I started at The Exercise Coach. I have grown to truly enjoy my sessions because I have become stronger and have truly embraced working out even outside my weekly sessions. Sometimes the things that scare you the most, become the things you most enjoy. I would not be where I am today without my coach. When I started, the elliptical machine was my nemesis and now, it's one of the most invigorating five minutes heart pumping exercises I've ever done. Seeing my reports that show how much stronger I've physically became and knowing each time, the challenge will increase as my strength increases makes me want to push even farther. I've lost over 50 pounds in ~6 / 7 months working out with my coach, changing my eating habits, gradually increasing my daily steps and re-discovering my love for physical activities. I highly recommend this team - you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: State of the art equipment . Great staff. Truly something for everyone . If you are trying to lose weight or increase you strength & physical condition with out beating your body through over training the exercise coach is the best facility there is bar none. I have trained most of my life and played basketball through college and have all the nagging injuries that come from that. Exercise Coach provides equipment and training to provide one of the most challenging work outs I have ever done, but the best benefit is my joints don't ache anymore. The staff is great for hard core athletic training or newbie who has never trained before ( the most non intimidating environment possible) . I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely amazing! I have not had one person that I felt intimidated by or that was judging me. Everyone is so encouraging and challenge you to push yourself. The facility is the perfect size, always clean, and as I mentioned, judgement free. I value that the moment I walk in, the staff knows me by first name, you don’t get that any old “gym”.I love the results I am seeing with only 20 minutes sessions-I am sold!

The physical space is great, safety is clearly a priority, as is efficiency. Keven came across as a man of integrity and he clearly has the knowledge to lead clients to their best.
