Fantastic experience: I was a very happy member of this gym for about 6 months when I was renting in Appleton. I liked the group class format and the friendly and supportive atmosphere. The classes are popular and some of the morning peak times got busy, but they have a good layout and it never felt overly crowded. Overall, it was a good group with lots of different ages and fitness levels. The only reason I stopped going is I moved to a different town and the drive got to be too long. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since October 2022 and I know I will be staying! The staff is absolutely amazing! I was having a hard time mentally and when I reached out to Heidi, soon after I received an email back that helped me get the motivation to come back next day! I was welcomed with warm arms and always am cheered on the entire time! Without Reveal I would not be making so much progress in my lifestyle goals! Being in sports through out high school I strive best in group trainings and this is the PERFECT place for me!

Fantastic experience: Reveal Fitness is the best! I have been a member for a year and joining the gym is the best decision I made. I was looking for a trainer to get me jump started back on the right track to a healthy lifestyle, but personal trainers at the gyms in town were so expensive. Reveal Fitness was the answer to my search. You not only get a gym membership, but two trainers that are with you every step of the way. Damion and Walt work closely with each member to make sure that all training and nutrition questions and needs are met. I never feel like I am just another number to them; they really make sure to pay attention to my needs and work closely with me to reach my goals. Reveal Fitness is more than just a gym, they will make you feel like family and give you the results you are looking for. Get in here and see it for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Reveal is hands down the best fitness program I've ever been a part of. Not only have I lost fat and increased muscle mass, but I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. Reveal is a community of people who motivate me and inspire me to get to the gym everyday and work my hardest. There is absolutely no comparison when it comes to other workout facilities in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of two different big name franchise "bootcamp" gyms, and Reveal tops them. You don't need "a different workout every day" to get results. In fact, Walt (the owner of Reveal) has taught me the exact opposite is true, and it is because of that I am the strongest I have ever been. The members of Reveal are great people who were welcoming and inclusive to me from Day One. And to top things off - NO ANNOYING CONTRACT!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It is like a family. Other members check in on you and hold you accountable. The instructors know what to do and show you the correct way, if you are unsure. They send you emails on nutrition and how outside factors such as diet, alcohol, lack of sleep, can effect your progress. It’s clean and friendly I can’t imagine going anywhere else. 5 stars aren’t enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about 4 years now and cannot say enough about Reveal. Walt and Lori have a wealth of knowledge and push you challenge yourself at each and every workout. You feel apart of a family at Reveal. Kickboxing is an addiction for me now and I wouldn't start my day any other way!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Reveal Fitness for over two years now. I have joined many gyms over the last 20 years, but Reveal is the only place where I was able to see a significant change in my fitness level, where I saw this improvement occur quite quickly, and where I have been able to maintain those improvements perpetually. I recommend it very highly to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stopped in a few months before our wedding to see what this place was all about, and two years later, at 35 years old, I’m in the best shape of my life and still improving. I used to have to run to keep my weight in check, so my legs were always sore to some degree, and I know I was slowly killing my joints. Now the only running I have to do is back and forth to the bar at Lambeau Field between plays. I haven’t missed many workouts, but Walt and his crew mix things up enough that it never seems boring or repetitive. It’s also easy to modify your workout each day. The instructor will always encourage you to challenge yourself, but you can go hard or tone it down a bit if you’re sore, had a little too much fun the prior night, etc. It’s not uncommon to see a room full of everyone from younger twenties athletes to active seniors in their seventies in the same class, all getting a great workout. Walt and his crew also offer great advice on other huge health factors like diet, supplements, sleep, and motivation. All of the instructors and members are super friendly as well, even if some us seem a little anti-social at 5:00AM. So early. They offer several class times in the morning and later afternoon, so most will find a time that works for them. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot like we did. You will NOT regret it!

Fantastic experience: I am in the tenth week of the ten week challenge. I have lost 56 pounds so far! :) The workouts are not easy, but they do a great job motivating you and keeping you on track. I followed the dietary recommendations they gave me and it was a big change in my eating habits. But I feel great. If you have the desire and discipline to follow the whole program. it can really pay off in weight loss, strength, and overall conditioning. I can say all the effort I put into it has been well worth it and made me want to stay in this condition and not go back to my old habits! :) Work hard, work the program, and the program will work for you! :)

Fantastic experience: As a physical therapist, I love Reveal Fitness because I can show up to the gym with confidence without having to take the time to plan my own workout. Workouts are challenging, scientific-based, and can modified for all skill levels, all within 45 minute classes! The Reveal Fitness community is welcoming, supportive, and motivating, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Reveal is an excellent place. The people who work there along with their members are all so nice and seem to really want to see you succeed. There is also a wide range of body types so I never felt out of place. I never enjoyed working out till I came here. They make it fun as well. I encourage anyone who is interested just to try it for themselves and see.

Fantastic experience: I've put off writing a review for Reveal because I never know how to express my gratitude for the instructors and community. The workouts are fun and challenging. The community engagement is by far the best part of the experience. There are as many or as little social interactions as your comfortable with, but the support for you and your goals is there from each and every member!

Fantastic experience: Not only do you get a great workout, but you become part of a community that helps hold you accountable. Partnering with Nutritional Healing, the owner, Walt, helps members beyond the 50 minute classes, by explaining the ins and outs of nutrition. I don't think I could belong to a big box gym again, after my time at Reveal Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I've been athletic my entire life, but I give Reveal Fitness all the credit for me being in the best shape of my life. When you join RF, you join more than just another gym. You join a fitness family. We work hard and play hard together.
