Born and raised in Arizona. Graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Dietetics. I have spent the last decade specializing in diabetes education. I became a personal trainer in 2017 due to my passion for health and fitness. Bell Fitness has allowed me to grow as a personal trainer and help our members reach their fitness goals.

I studied what may translate to “Sports, health and recreation/outdoor activities” in Norway, and I have a Bachelors Degree in Physio Therapy. I am a certified instructor/trainer in Group training such as aerobic classes, tabata and other circut training classes, spinning classes and stretching. I love working as a coach on FBBC! My passion is to help people get stronger and healthier.

I was born and raised in a beautiful island in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. I have played the Sport of Volleyball all my life since I was 4 years old. I went to the U.S. when I was 18 years old to play college Volleyball in Tampa, Fl. After two years I was transferred to the University of Texas at Brownsville to complete my last two years of volleyball eligibility and to finish my bachelor degree on Kinesiology. My passion is to make everyone enjoy to workout and to seek their healthiest self. For those that knows me I have a very happy personality and being happy is what life is all about.

After 25 years as an advertising and marketing executive, I swapped my business suits for active wear. I had found my new passion..helping people change their lives through a healthier lifestyle. I received my NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer certificate and began teaching group fitness classes in Mission Viejo, California in April 2015. I moved to Litchfield Park from Orange County in 2016 and started as a coach at Fit Body in March 2017. Being part of this Fit Body family has been so much more than I could ever imagine! What a special community Margherita & Michael have created.

A few cool things that have happened in my life; I lived in South Africa for 10 years; met Nelson Mandela and Richard Branson; was almost trampled by an elephant, a rhino and bumped into a hippo; ran my own advertising agency in Cape Town, but the best things to ever happen to me are my children; Kayla and Kieran, and my adorable grandson Levi.

My husband Michael and I met in 2009 and after few years we moved in AZ, we have 2 beautiful girls and we decided that we wanted to share our passion for fitness and sport with other people and help as many people we could change their lives.. so we open our bootcamp 5 years ago and since then we cahnged 1000`s of people lives. Our mission today is to help 10.000 by the end of 2020.

Born and raised in Norway. Now staying here in Arizona for 3.5 years. Been working as a nurse since 1996, and from 2006-2008 I specialized as a midwife. Always been active, playing soccer, skiing and bicycling. Was working as a spinning and aerobics instructor from 2002-2005 at a gym in Norway, but had to quit because of my work at the hospital. So after being given a new opportunity to work as a coach at the boot camp I feel so privileged and glad to be able to work and help people again!

Fantastic experience: Bell Fitness is a great small gym that allows you to workout in a group setting with a trainer assisting and pushing you to achieve your goals. During workouts, trainers also switch up exercises to accommodate for aches, pains, and/or injuries.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I workout here together and love it. We are snow birds so we really miss it when we are not in Arizona. The trainers are awesome and you get an excellent workout in 30 mins. We both highly recommend Bell Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Awesome space and atmosphere! Very clean with ample equipment. Alyssa was high energy and genuine. The workout was so efficient, just 30 minutes, but I left with shaking arms and quads!! NO EXCUSE to not get a great workout in with this place offering awesome a quick classes and a variety of times.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bell Fitness in 2020 during the height of quarantine and it has been a life-changer. Don’t let the 30-minute workouts fool you—the coaches push you HARD. They create unique workouts every day—whether the focus is on strength or cardio—and you’re never bored. Bell Fitness members come in all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, and once you join, you’re family. Fantastic experience: The amazing coaches at Bell Fitness push you to your limits, while acknowledging everyone's physical limitations. I was concerned about being able to participate in the structured classes with my diastasis recti, but the coaches proactively suggest alternative exercises when needed. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and it's such a fun workout environment. I love my Bell Fitness Fam!

Fantastic experience: I haven't enjoyed exercising since my 20s until Bell fitness! The atmosphere is supportive, all fitness levels welcome and not intimidating like big gyms. The coaches and owner are absolutely amazing! The app is very easy to sign up for class (this was my frustration with my previous gym.) Not kidding, I want to go workout!!

Fantastic experience: I love Bell Fitness! It’s been awhile since I’ve worked out and was a bit nervous about starting up again. All of the trainers are wonderful. And the members were so friendly from my very first visit! They really kept me motivated. I’ve had a setback with back issues and they have checked in with me several times since I haven’t been in the studio. I really feel like they care about me and are there to help me succeed. The new stretching class has been a godsend for me right now! Perfect timing! Highly recommend Bell Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, a bit different than your conventional gym. I love the accountability for your healthy they provide, constant fun challenges, a great 30 minute workout, focus on proper form, unique excercises but most of all is a "small group" class (4 or less participants) that is offered with strength training, balance and and endurance all incorporated into each excercise! On a daily level my posture improved, strength improved and over all general feeling of "feeling" strong increased. Excercises like squats, pushups are easier and more enjoyable because my strength in smaller muscles, ligaments ECT improved just from this class! Plus great group of people!

Fantastic experience: I love Bell Fitness! When I first started I hadn't worked out in a long time and was nervous for my first workout but all of the trainers are so great and empowering. After one work out I was hooked! I've joined gyms before but this is the only one I've stuck with. I love how welcoming and motivating everyone is and all of the fun challenges throughout the year. They also send you nutrition tips and healthy recipes, check in if you haven't been there in a while, and go out of their way to help support other local businesses. Bell Fitness truly cares about your fitness journey and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have tried to be consistent with exercise through gym memberships and accountability through friends, but have never been able to stay motivated beyond a couple weeks. Bell Fitness is fun and motivating. Routines and instructors change, it’s just never gets old! The people at Bell Fitness are great and I’m very grateful for them. I like that they have different classes so you can find the right fit for you. During Covid, they were still making sure everyone stayed healthy and working out with Zoom classes or outside small group exercise. I highly recommend Bell Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Working out has never need the same for me since I joined the Bell Fitness family. The 30 minute sessions are just what my body needs. Fantastic experience: I love this place and the coaches are all AMAZING! The workouts are never the same so you are always training different muscle groups. I love that the coaches will text you if its been a week since they've seen you! If you're seeking a highly motivating and positive environment to get in shape, then this is your place! Fantastic experience: I love Bell Fitness. It offers small group, total body workout in 30 minutes by highly trained coaches who can modify any exercise for fitness level/ physical limitations. Workouts are always fun and hard, and effective, and they change them up to keep it interesting while still targeting all muscle groups! My whole life, I'd join big-box gyms, and never go- but I've been with BF (formerly FBBC) for over 3 years because I value what this place offers, and they value me as a member. Fantastic experience: There aren't words to describe how much I love it at Bell Fitness. 30 minutes that have me sweaty and feeling accomplished every time I go in. Combine that with down to earth coaches AND members? There really isn't another choice for your workouts in the West Valley. Fantastic experience: I have had many gym memberships throughout the years and have never been able to get what I needed out of them. With Litchfield Fit Body Bootcamp I have finally found a gym that pushes and challenges me daily to be fit, strong, and healthy. Meal plans, weigh-ins and multiple classes throughout the day hold me accountable for my own journey to a healthier me. I can't say enough great things about this gym.
