Fantastic experience: I joined about 1.5 years ago, going about once a week when I started, and it was so incredible for healing joint, muscle and tendon pain, and alleviating stress in a healthful way, that I became hooked. I can't get enough classes, since it's so therapeutic. The instructors are amazing. When I first started, I felt self-conscious about my lack of flexibility, but the instructors and fellow members were nothing but supportive and non-judgmental. Over time, that disappeared, and I learned to truly enjoy being in the moment and the practice itself. Everyone can and should join this place!!!!!

Fantastic experience: It's An inspirational, calm, peaceful setting. Whatever your going through. Whether it's anger, stress, worries, doubts about yourself, tension within your body, or even battle of the mind. This is the right place for your healing.

Fantastic experience: Body Awareness is the only place where I have taken Yoga classes where I was really able to let go, and relax, and really do my body some good. Montauk Hwy is a busy road, but you'd never know it when you are inside Body Awareness. The other students are very welcoming and of course the teachers are, too. Classes can be as challenging as you make them. It sounds corny, maybe to some people, but, I do feel more aware of my body after a class. Too often, I am too busy to listen to it. Give it a try, even if you are new to this kind of exercise.
