Fantastic experience: The club is run by very friendly folks and they have a nice facility. This location has free weights, bumper plates, plenty of racks/space, and even farmer carry bars and a sled. That's in addition to your standard array of machines & cardio. It's also not typically packed full of people like many other gyms. Great place to work out (or play tennis if that's your thing)!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the fitness facility at LifeSport Lincolnshire, as the gym has it all. There is a sufficient amount of cardio equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals; a cross-fit area, a sled push and free weights, ranging in weight from 2-pounds to over 150-pounds. The facility offers personal and group training sessions, as well as yoga classes.
