Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym for the longest time and has been a very convenient location since it is close to where I work and I could easily just go straight from work. The amenities are super and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also heed customer's comments and suggestions and they also send you emails if you tend to slack with your gym attendance. They also have complimentary parties all year long --- summer,fall,and winter.:) You guys should check this health club!

Fantastic experience: FFC Gold Coast is a great gym - always clean, never have to wait for machines and the training staff is amazing. The classes and programs they offer their members are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for rooftop yoga -- I've gone several times this year for the first time. Gorgeous views from the rooftop -- you can get in great pictures at pretty much any time of the day/night. Wonderful teachers. Lots of equipment and classes available to you.

Fantastic experience: I was a member at FFC Gold Coast for 8+ years and can say that it is by far the best gym I've ever joined. This gym has a wide variety of high-quality cardio machines (I've never had to wait for a machine) and great weight machines that are spread out nicely. The staff is very friendly but not in annoying way (they're not following you around asking you to sign up for private training). I'm not into group fitness classes, but I've heard good things about their classes. Bottom line is that this gym truly has everything. I recently moved and had to cancel my membership at FFC. As ridiculous as this may sound, canceling my membership was one of the hardest parts of the move. I just toured a gym in my new neighborhood and was so disappointed-- I blame FFC Gold Coast for setting my expectations too high!

Fantastic experience: I've gone to this gym a handful of times over the last few years, and it is definitely one of the nicest gym facilities around. Always very clean, equipment is top notch and has everything a person would need for their goals, but most importantly the staff there is amazing. One of the workers - Shell- has always made my experience at FFC as enjoyable as possible. She is very accommodating, and makes sure to take her time with you so that you have a great experience at the gym. Make sure to ask for her when you go visit!

Fantastic experience: I have been in MANY clubs over my years and there is none like ffc! It is a health and fitness club. People work out and get fit! Being in the fitness industry, I watch and observe the trainers. They pay attention to their clients, explain things, correct form, encourage and engage. They don't blabber about personal life, trips and their issues. What ever you want...it is there! Cross-fit, pool, classes, spa, and good old free weights. The locker rooms are friendly and members are actually nice and don't drop their towels all over. The staff, even in the locker room, are the real "stars" in my review!

Fantastic experience: Clean, well-managed gym with great amenities. I haven’t taken any classes but the trainers all seem highly qualified and are very friendly. I love the steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and the rooftop to stretch or sunbathe. Every employee is kind and helpful, the maintenance and back of house staff keeps the gym spotless and fresh all the time.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and great adherence to the COVID guidelines. The staff are maintaining the facility to be visibly clean, healthy and welcoming. The attendees are all wearing masks and complying 100%.

Fantastic experience: I'm moving and I'm sad to leave this gym. It's the best one I've been a member of. I actually made a decision on my apartment, because of the proximity! Shell Neal is TOP NOTCH. She's handled all of my membership issues throughout the years like a champ. If you're looking to join, talk to her. She'll be upfront with everything. Matt, Rick, and Jessica are EXCELLENT trainers. They can help you with any milestone from just getting in shape to body building/power lifting competitions. I'll miss this one!

Fantastic experience: Great bang for your buck if you need a gym with everything. They have all free weights, machines, power lifting, a pool, turf area to do sprints/sleds, and cardio equipment. In addition, the place is very clean, the sauna and steam rooms are great, and there's plenty of lockers. I've only done the yoga classes, but the instructors are great and I always feel awesome afterwards. 10/10 would join the gold coast one if you're nearby.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. It has everything you need including kettlebells, a tire, boxing equipment, and a basketball court in the middle. It also has a steam room. This is my favorite gym location so far.

Fantastic experience: This is the gym to use in the Gold Coast Chicago area. Full service, clean all the amenities and plenty of equipment! Towel service, steam, sauna, pool just to name a few.$30 for a day pass and a discount rate if you're staying at there hotel! If you need to workout and in the are.. GO TO FFC GOLD COAST

Fantastic experience: While in Chicago today, I dropped in to play Pickleball. I enjoyed playing several challenging games and met some very friendly people! What a great facility, next time I’m in town, I’ll sign up for one of their clinics. 5 Start, You Bet⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: FFC Goldcoast is wonderful and stylish. Shell is a remarkable club director. Sterling, my non-public instructor, has helped me lose 20 lbs in five months! Five stars all the way for FFC Goldcoast!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, I've been going here for several months now. It gets crazy busy during some weekday hours (7am-8:30am, 5pm-7pm) but I don't know of any gym in the city that doesn't get busy at those times. Has all of the equipment you would want.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy FFC Gold Coast for my everyday gym. It’s clean, good amount/kinds of equipment, seems staffed well, and it operates drama free. Also the trainers are great. Specifically, shoutout to Gavin (used for swimming) and Jerry (weight training). They are EXCELLENT trainers and I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: High end, modern gym with great amenities. Quite pricey, $80/mo starting tier. The changing rooms are great, they have steam rooms, saunas, and a jacuzzi. Tons of treadmills, a basketball court, CrossFit area, and pool. This place really has it all and you pay for it.

Fantastic experience: The gym gets crowded, as most gyms do, during the just-off-work hours, but the facilities are top notch, they are always upgrading the equipment and both the staff and gym-goers work hard!

Fantastic experience: Just joined and wish I joined long ago. The place is amazing. Been to multiple FFC's, but I believe that Gold Coast is their crown jewel. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The cold eucalyptus-infused towels are so refreshing. Can't get enough of this gym. Will be going for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. I come here typically every day especially when it is cold outside. People across the board are very nice here from the café smoothie makers to the trainers and generators. Super nice and the gym has great equipment and lots of space including turf field area and a nice basketball court with six hoops. Special shout out to Jose, Jeremy the trainer, Erikson, JP for doing my body fat percentage all the time, August and Eva that are behind the register, Shell for managing a great gym, the French woman from membership. I luckily work remotely so I work out of this gym too!

Fantastic experience: Best of the FFC's in my opinion. Lots and lots of free weights, machines, and cardio. Basketball courts & swimming pool. Locker rooms are Ok, with steam rooms. Well maintained and open almost all the time. Not as modern as some of the Athletic Clubs but a solid option.

Fantastic experience: I may be jumping the gun because no place is perfect, but I've been impressed so far. The clientele is diverse and the place is super-clean. The staff seems friendly and I like all the amenities that seem to work well (such as sauna, steam room, hot showers, machines, etc). There's a space where you can do work while drinking coffee or eating (or not if you don't want to). It seems to have a positive atmosphere overall and allows for relaxation as well.
