Fantastic experience: Incredible community - encouraging, supporting, and working hard towards personal goals. Members come from all backgrounds and gym experience - coaches make sure to work around limitations and past injuries. It is motivating to be in a class and see coaches participating in the workouts if they aren’t leading the group. A very positive and friendly space. My household is thankful to have been welcomed by the members, coaches and owners at Shred City.

However, I was relieved when I started going to classes that I was not only supported, but encouraged to do modifications on movements that worked best for me.
