Fantastic experience: I decided to join the 6 week challenged I had started to loose weight in Febuary by watching what I ate but I needed a push to loose more and I said what the heck I will give it a try my husband went me when I signed up and ended up signing up to. Never thought this 6 week challenge would change our lifes. We lost 26 lbs and 7 percent fat as a couple. It was a challenge but we recieved the support we needed. We decided to make a change for life the 6 weeks is just a start.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym! The coaches are amazing, the workouts are intense and the results are unbelievable i will be going on 2 years with this gym and i honestly didn't think i'd stick around this long. Worth every penny!!

Fantastic experience: A little over a month ago I started working out at this facility I accompanied my sister for friends week and after a short week I fell in love with the way that I felt after completing the workouts. After every workout I leave feeling accomplished and motivated for the next day. The coaches are not only super easy going but they provide tips and tricks for every workout to help you perform your best and make sure that you are completing every workout correctly. They provide modifications if needed for everything and help you push yourself to your max. I have seen amazing results in such short time. I have lost 12lbs and lowered my body fat by half of where I started. I recommend Complete gyms to everyone your age or strength does not matter they will help you reach your goals. Don’t be intimidated and try this place out if your thinking it about it you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: They help you throughout your workout. If any exercise is too difficult whether due to injury, age, or just being out of shape, they will modify it for you to keep the workout going, instead of just putting you on the sideline. You will leave this place knowing you pushed your body for the better.

Fantastic experience: The 6 week challenge IS a challenge - but one that pushes you to get results (that’s what you want, right?) I’ve done other 21 day programs, tried free week passes - you name it...but when I made the commitment to their 6 week challenge I actually stuck with the training and the nutrition. (Ok - I cheated ONCE in 6 weeks) and saw incredible results. If you’re ready then look no further - this IS the solution

Fantastic experience: I started a few months ago, didn't know what I was capable of, thanks to an amazing instructor always there to motivate you to do better and amazing people that you meet become your gym family always help each other out. It's worth it ( Go Fracas) !

Fantastic experience: Crossfit always seemed intimidating to me but once I joined and kept with it, I fell in love with it! It's now a part of my life and the results keep showing!
