Fantastic experience: I love BodyShop. I have been working out there since February and everyone there is great. The trainers take time to learn their clients and provide great workouts. Laura is their onsite nutritional guru. I recently participated in the 6 week melt down and have never felt better. With a menu and recipes from Laura I was able to lose 5% of my body fat. I get a great workout every time I go I sweat my butt off and leave feeling like I got my butt kicked. Thanks Body Shop!

I had never worked with a personal trainer before so I was a little nervous, but I now realize there was nothing to worry about here. Rachel is a fantasting trainer who is well-educated, professional, and so much fun to work with! I am already seeing great results as I'm progressing towards my goals that I had expressed when I initially signed up.
