CrossFit^® Lodestar

Fantastic experience: Dropped into Lodestar during our recent time in town. The owners, coaches, and athletes were warm and welcoming! We truly enjoyed our time, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to find their CrossFit home or just stopping by!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Great place to work out. I just started my CrossFit journey 3 months ago. I go home most days wiped out but in the best way. The small group sizes and great equipment make this place excellent for the experienced and novice like myself. Wish I would have tried this out years ago!

Fantastic experience: Lodestar is a tremendous gym. Its owner is focused on the health and well-being of all members and giving back to the community. This is my first membership at a CrossFit “box” and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Give David a call if you are in the Lexington area!

Along with Paula and Bon they take your needs into consideration and adjust programming to what you need. We recommend them to all of our friends and family!!

Fantastic experience: We dropped in from Montana and fully expected the heat and humidity to kill us (it did), but the hospitality and killer workout you get made up for all of that! This is an amazing box/gym. You owe it to yourself to get changed by this outstanding group!

Fantastic experience: Was visiting my sister nearby in Dec 2018 and dropped in here with my wife. The owner, David, and his family were super friendly and welcoming. We dropped in a few times and really enjoyed it. Nice new equipment, great instruction, and a nice space!

Fantastic experience: I have not been going here very long, but I do love it so far. David and the members there are amazing and very friendly. Everyone has been motivating and they push you through the extremely grueling workouts. It is a great environment and a very good balance of strength, conditioning and strength conditioning. Look forward to the future and excited to see them grow. If you're looking for a great gym that will push you and motivate you with good members... look no further.

Fantastic experience: The owner David was very welcoming and helpful. I visited over Thanksgiving break and everyone in the gym helped me out. People of all athletic abilities were welcome. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives near it or anyone traveling in this area.
