Fantastic experience: Scott is a great remote trainer. He’s been willing to work with me in adjusting my workouts around all my various illnesses and locations of gyms: even at home.

Fantastic experience: Best gym offering one on one coaching great community/family feel combined with the professional coaches also offering nutrition guidance. Great results. I have made much improvement in my strength, balance, cognitive retention, and endurance since joining three years ago. I am continuing to work on those goals and after allowing myself to put on "Covid" weight , I have added weight loss as an additional goal.

Fantastic experience: I love Opex and Coach Scott so much! I initially joined in 2017. Took a hiatus for a bit in 2018 and came back this year because no gym, no personal trainer, no fitness challenge etc can offer me the same things that Opex does! This gyms helps me keep myself accountable but also if I miss a day Scott is there to check on me…and then probably Kari and then probably Brenda. These coaches truly care about you and want to help you meet your goals in ALL areas of your life…both inside and outside the gym. Once you join Opex, you’ll never go back to another franchise gym/personal trainer and be satisfied with your training and progress like you are here, trust me, I tried it and came back!

Each week a different workout is tailored for your goals, all you have to do is crush it. Best experience in a gym I’ve had since moving to the Lexington area!!

There is absolutely zero gym rat/meathead attitude in this place! They also offer seminars on wellness and nutrition. It's the total package and it has completely changed my life.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! My family and I live in Jupiter, FL and while we were on vacation this Christmas we were able to visit OPEX Midlands. What an amazing facility! It is very clean, welcoming, and inviting to athletes of all skill levels. Coach Scott and Coach Kari were attentive to all the patrons working out and provided excellent coaching for me while I was exercising. I will certainly be coming back when we visit Lexington and our family again. Thank you Coach Scott and Coach Kari!!!
