Fantastic experience: Love Love Love this school!!. Joshu Byrnes is amazing with the kids and teaches discipline and confidence while still having a little fun in class. His adult Kickboxing and Close-Range defense classes are also amazing. I have been going since May and feel amazing. I have gained confidence and lost 13 pounds so far.

Fantastic experience: When we moved from the Bayside Tiger Schulmann to Mount Kisco we weren’t sure what to expect. We were worried that our daughter was not going to want to stick with her training, but she proved us wrong. The training and discipline she received at Mount Kisco was incredible. We watched her grow into a stronger and dedicated fighter who came to understand the meaning of a “non-quitting spirit”. Her Sensai was a fantastic teacher on and off the mat. Our daughter became a strong fighter and a confident student. We are saddened that her time at Mount Kisco is over, not because she decided to quit, but because the school was forced to close. Mount Kisco was her second home and she will carry the lessons she learned with her as she continues her training.

Both the Tiger Schulmann organization and Sensei Byrnes are a joy to deal with. Never in the 6 years that my family and I have been training with them have I ever felt any negativity and always felt like family. I am very proud and frequently brag about the Tiger Schulmann schools and highly recommend that everyone try a class for themselves.

Kickboxing is a great exercise routine for both body and soul even at 59 years old. The location attracted nice people to work out with.
