Fantastic experience: My favorite workout class ever! Such a great fusion of workouts and there’s something for everyone. Especially people with bad knees that need low impact. Such a cute studio that provides water and towels. Kathy keeps everyone motivated and has so much great energy! Love bringing people and coming back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to club jump for a year consistently now and not only are the workouts amazing but everyone from the owner (Kathy) and all the members are so friendly. It’s a very positive and inviting atmosphere. It feels like family at this point! It’s also a killer workout but without the high impact which I love! I always feel amazing after rather than some of my past workouts which left me feeling injured and in pain!

Fantastic experience: As a mom in her 40s who has to modify exercises after having knee surgery a few years ago, I finally found a versatile workout that WORKS without feeling pain or boredom. ClubJump is so fun that I forget I'm exercising or have knee issues. It's all about moving to and getting lost in the music (hello 80s/90s throwbacks!) during cardio and strength intervals. There's even some flexibility, balance, and core work plus a little dancing. I get instant, personalized modification ideas without paying personal trainer prices. You can make the workout as easy or hard as you want it, depending on your mood and level. All ages and abilities can bounce on the tramp. I love all the support and friendships at ClubJump Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Club Jump is a game changer! Not only will have a challenging and effective yet fun workout, you become part of a caring and supportive community. The benefits of jumping go way beyond improving cardiovascular health and fitness. Just search for benefits of rebounding. You'll be amazed at what you are doing for your body and mind! I've been a fitness devotee for most of my life and Club Jump is by far my favorite workout and place to workout!
Fantastic experience: If you have never jumped before, you defiantly need to go and do it. It's an amazing workout. I came to the Club Jump looking to be challenged and i found it! That being said, all things are able to be modified, so these classes are great for those who are new to fitness as well as people who already have established routines. Both instructors are excellent.
Fantastic experience: My daughter introduced me to pound and jump classes a couple of years back thats how I met Kathy who is an amazing instructor, so when I learned Kathy was back leading pound and jump classes I had zero hesitation to rejoin her classes, and what a workout it was I missed it but now she is back, lets keep it going.
Fantastic experience: I love ClubJump Fitness! Kathy is an amazing entrepreneur who keeps up with the latest fitness trends. She is the only adult fitness studio in Loudoun offering trampoline fitness. The trampoline workout is Fun, tough and will shed those calories quickly. I love the class formats because they are always different and the instructors are fantastic. Kathy has a passion for fitness, building strength in humans and proper form. Unlike many gyms where the instructor teaches from a stage the entire class, clubjump fitness instructors teach as well as move around to ensure class participants have proper form. Too many injuries can occur in a fitness class and I’ve always valued the time these instructors take to ensure everyone is exercising in a safe environment. I also love all the modifications offered, all fitness levels are welcome and you will have a fantastic workout. In the five years that I’ve been attending this fitness studio I would say I love the community that’s been built. We motivate each other to be the best we can be and stronger each class.
Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym for the Pound class-SO much fun! I was nervous about trying Jump class, but love Barre, so the Barre Bounce turned out to be a great intro to the trampoline. Now I go to at least 4 different classes (mostly with some type of jump) and love them all! Kathy is so welcoming and encouraging. The disco lights make the night classes a party (and make me feel less self conscious in a new format). Try a few classes and I promise you will get your heart pumping and your spirits up!
Fantastic experience: Club Jump is an amazing studio! I have been going to classes for many years, and I’m never bored! The instructors are continually adding new formats, with great cardio and fantastic music! The atmosphere is supportive and fun, with everyone giving it their all! Highly recommend you come try a Jump or Pound class!
Fantastic experience: ClubJump Fitness is an outstanding place to workout! I tore my achilles tendon and had surgery in 2016 to repair it. After the surgery it was difficult to get back into my regular exercise routine of bootcamp because I just couldn't get the lift off the floor that I could before surgery. But then I started jumping and haven't looked back! Jumping is SO easy on the joints and you can go as hard or as easy as you like, so it really suits all fitness levels. Come give it a try-you won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: I've been a studio member since 2013. Still going STRONG! Working out with Kathy, Michelle, and everyone at ClubJump is a fun way to get my cross-training in for playing contact sports -- like roller derby! I've learned a lot from the instructors, who not only explain each exercise but offer helpful alternatives, for those days when maybe I'm a little worn out or sore from skating. The Jump community comes in all shapes and sizes and ages---and no drama! Just a bunch of cool folks who know you're never too old to bounce away your stress.
Fantastic experience: I'm new to Club Jump and can't get enough. Kathy and her team are fabulous and the workout is challenging and fun. I love that I can great a great workout without the pounding on my joints and I always leave class feeling energized. Give it a try, your body will thank you!
Fantastic experience: What can I say? This studio has changed my life! There is nothing like it out there! Instructors are amazing and know you by name! The workout formats are tough, effective and so much fun! Did you know they have a disco ball with fun lights too? Oh yes, come check it out!
Fantastic experience: Club Jump is great for all fitness levels. There is a great mix of strength and cardio and the class is never the same. Great music and supportive atmosphere!
Fantastic experience: I first joined this gym because of a POUND workout. Everyone was very inviting and non judgmental. I started going to bootcamp classes and then eventually I started going to TrampCamp classes. Those are what really turned me onto jumping. I've felt a difference in my legs and core. I love everything about this gym and Kathy is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Who knew JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE is a workout! Such a fun, hip way to let loose and get fit...especially considering I don't like to jump, run...let alone move. My first class was with Kathy. She was an amazing instructor. Knowing it was my first class, she was thorough with the instructions and very encouraging. The music was great, the lights set the mood. The workout itself is intense but in a fun way, teaches one to engage the core for a proper workout. Tge boity tracks were my fave! I would highly recommend this class. I signed up via ClassPass.
Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and a great workout
Positive experience: If you haven’t seen this before, class members use mini trampolines featuring 54 individual bungees which make for a super soft bounce. There’s also a bar to hold on to if needed. From there, instructors lead the students through a variety of different classes including Jump101, Jump & Pump, JumpCamp, JumPilates and more. There are also non-trampoline classes, including one called Kangoo Jumps featuring boots with springs on them. Club Jump Fitness is an outgrowth of Studio PinkFIT, a fitness studio a few blocks away from One Loudoun on Beaumeade Circle. The trampoline classes there were so popular, they decided to open a new studio devoted to jumping!
