Fantastic experience: I love the workout on Mon, Wed, and Fri, at 10:00 am. The instructor is very concerned about how everyone is participating and performing the exercises correctly. And the classes are very full. The friendliness of everyone there, including the instructor, is something I look forward to.

Fantastic experience: I have been going there for several months and the people are great! There are activities for all ages and all exercise levels. I take an aqua class for people with arthritis. Everyone is very welcoming to new folks and excited to see old timers. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love this YMCA. The pool is amazing. Workout equipment is top of the line. They have basketball teams. Classes in the day and evening times. Staff is so friendly and helpful and they even have a personal trainer help you for free for 2 visits to show you how to use the machines to get maximum benefit. Love this place !
