Fantastic experience: Amazing studio - from the instructors to the class selection and atmosphere. The classes are challenging, but also flexible if you’re a beginner or need to modify. The hot room is a place to decompress and turn inward, while turning off all of the distractions of everyday life. Absolutely recommend! This place has changed my health and my life!

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio with fantastic instructors, and super unique classes! I drove an extra 30 minutes to practice here, just to experience the positive community and incredible studio space. Heather, studio owner, is super passionate about her practice and it SHOWS. This studio is like one large happy family — encouraging, strong, and FUN! I will absolutely be back. 26&2 classes are awesome, and the CORE & CARDIO class rocks and will leave you feeling amazing. Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. They do not charge for mats or towels and provide a variety of classes. The leadership is great! Of all of my group excercise experiences, this one is my favorite.
