Fantastic experience: This gym is always clean, the equipment is kept in good shape, and the staff is very kind and welcoming to all shapes and sizes. The atmosphere is very pleasant; no intimidation or disrespectful gym goers. The 24/7 access with a key fob is convenient for our later schedule. Best of all, it is so cheap for our whole family to benefit from the monthly membership rate, especially when compared to all of the other gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this place? It is an amazing Gym and they also own The Field. They provide a huge variety of classes, youth cross-train and high school cross train/weight liftimg. The gym has Yoga classes and even private trainers. The Gym is very clean and welcoming. They also make the best protein shakes at a reasonable price.
