Fantastic experience: I have done both yoga and personal training with Erin (of Erin McCabe Wellness) and have loved both. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints so I have to be very careful with physical activity. Erin always knows the right changes to make to your movements so you won't be in pain. Erin is extremely knowledgeable too - she taught me about the fascial network and how my disease affects it. She combines her scientific wealth of knowledge with her extremely kind and calming presence to make such a delightful, judgment free environment where I feel comfortable to explore my movements and relearn what my body can do. I highly recommend trying a class with her (which are easy to book online!)
