Fantastic experience: I’ve been a part of the LCBC family for almost 7 months and I love it - it is exactly what I was looking for... a tight knit group of supportive individuals and a knowledgeable, certified coach who creates well-rounded, challenging workouts while focusing on form & encouragement. All levels are welcome and Coach Beth guides you and allows you the time and space to grow your strength at a steady pace. She also incorporates goal setting and guidance on nutrition if needed. Come check out a class!
Fantastic experience: Las Cruces Boot Camp is the best gym I've been to by far. Beth is an amazing trainer who know her stuff. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Beth absolutely cares about each one of her clients and supports the clients goals. If your up for a challenge, this is it!
