Fantastic experience: Coaches are very knowledgeable. They can identify weaknesses, and they will teach you how to fix those to make pain go away. Everyone there is very kind and makes you feel like you are always welcome. Only place I’ve ever been where everyone knew my name and greeted me with it within the first couple days. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Gerardo likes likes Sports Performance Program We took him there so he could try something different. He used to play soccer but he would go because we would take him not because he liked it. Right now we've seen a change in him in a good way. Comes Monday he is happy to go to class without us telling him he has to go, then he asks why he has to wait until Thursday . He likes coach Eric "Mom coach Eric is cool and he has cool music". This week he came from school telling us that he was able to run faster and do some exercises in PE class faster than he used to. Ohhh and he liked that the girls from front desk asked him how he wanted to be called. "Gerardo or Jerry". We like that Coach Eric gives advice to the kids on eating good things, doing good in school and at home ❤️. Thank you for the program

Fantastic experience: Words can’t even begin to explain how great your gym is! As I relocated to Texas from Wisconsin, I was so nervous to find a gym that I really loved. Now that we have moved back home, it’s hard to find a gym that even compares to you all. Your attention to your members is spectacular and your trainers are top notch! Not to mention, the variety in your classes kept me wanting to come back! I will miss your gym so much! if you’re a Laredo transplant, make sure to check this place out.

Fantastic experience: Love how all the trainers are always there to help and motivate you, always making sure you're doing exercises the right way. Before I used to always be sore from back or knees after strenuous workouts and it's not the case anymore since I have been attending Bodify. I also love training at Bodify because even though I am currently not able to perform full out workouts due to a temporary condition/restriction, I know I can always count on Bodify coaches to modify the workouts to the best of my ability. And like they say, something is better than doing noting at all.

Fantastic experience: The best part of my day! I really enjoy BODIFY. I love the environment, the attitude, and the support from everyone. The coaches are very professional and they are always taking care of everyone. When you don’t attend a class, if you are not doing correctly the exercises, they take care of you and they make sure of pushing you over your limits. They are my Bodify Family.

Fantastic experience: Great trainers. I visited this gym while visiting Laredo. It is clean with all new equipment. Highly recommended. I signed up for the virtual personal training because they build my workouts to be used at home or when I travel. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love being greeted always with a smile or a high five from the staff and coaches! The workouts are always challenging and fun, and the Coaches/Trainers are beyond knowledgeable and helpful. If you are a beginner or someone with an old injury etc, be comfortable knowing they will always find a way to make the adequate modification for you to succeed and accomplish your goals. You will not be disappointed!
