Fantastic experience: I got a year membership for a good price for two people! So far I have truly enjoyed it! I normally go in the morning and not to many people are in there. I really like the outside part of the gym! If you want to pay daily you can. I believe the owner really wants people to not worry about the hassle of a membership and welcomes all. Overall great gym!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! They got all the machines you'd find in pretty much any other gym, and they got weights and a punching bag. They have an outdoor place to workout also as well as indoor. Staff are great. Friendly, and will do their best to make sure ur accommodated. No contracts which is nice, and they have a discount for vets. Bathrooms/locker are adequately spacious and clean. Smoothies there are great. Def worth every penny. 10/10

Fantastic experience: George is fantastic and so is his gym! I do not feel judged there and I have been going for over a month. 4 days a week and 1 day a week traning with George. He is super knowledgeable and will get you on the right track! 10/10 recommend this place!

Positive experience: I dont have a lot of details yet, my 1st visit just to see the machines, but I can say, it was clean, reception was ok. Quite, pleasant place. The Management was out at the time, so I got necessary paper work and said I would come back. Very short drive from the Red Light at 281 and Key Avenue (183). I will return soon and give that report

Fantastic experience: Day one fitness is a great gym to get a great work out in and still have a small town gym feel. It is very accommodating for any type of workout with indoor, garage, and outdoor rugged equipment. The owners and staff do not interfere with your time and are very helpful if you are stuck in your workout. They offer a juice bar, personal training, and classes for a reasonable price and no contracts. Gym is always clean and members clean up after themselves. Everyone has to start somewhere, it all starts with DAY ONE.

Fantastic experience: When the local gym changed owners and our rates went up a bit, we were a little skeptical. The owner told us when we renewed about his plans and we thought it sounded nice and certainly fair to raise our rates. But honestly, what he's done to the gym is awesome! He followed through on his word and has done a lot of work. It's a great gym and very worth the price - which is still extremely reasonable even after the slight increase!

Fantastic experience: I use this gym at least 4 times a week, George the owner is doing a great job, a great selection of machines and free weights, the tv's are set up nicely and there is plenty of classes and room. highly recommended

Positive experience: The equipment is antiquated, but sufficient for a power lifter. Only 1 flat bench, 3 squat racks, and just enough of everything to build bulk; however, don’t go during peak hours. I love the 24hr membership and usually go late at night or in between busy times. For non-members, 5 dollars per day during staffed hours 7am-7pm. This great for a small town.
