Fantastic experience: Ive had the pleasure to work with several Aerialist at this location and its totally got a vibe all within itself and some of the best instructors in the area! Siri is amazing from the moment you step in the door to even interaction you have with her before and after a class or session. If you want to give your Pole Fitness something special defiantly pop in to work with Siri

Fantastic experience: This studio has done wonderful things for my daughter, in helping her step out of her shy shell and really showed me what an amazing little dancer she is! I would recommend this dance studio over and over again!!!!

Fantastic experience: This friendly studio has an energetic atmosphere complete with flashy lights in an extremely well kept clean environment. I decided to take their intro classes on a whim with zero experience and having not worked out in years. Among Siri and Nessi, their classes are paced just right so you are challenged without feeling too overwhelmed. I very much enjoy that they genuinely address everyone in class and provide direct feedback! I have learned so much in my sessions with Nessi over a short period of time. She is dearly patient, cheerful, and alert toward each student’s needs. I also can not speak highly enough of Siri. She is vastly attentive and teaches in a fun, sexy and personalized manner. Most importantly these teachers give me the confidence to succeed! I did not think this whim would become a hobby as social interacting is quite challenging for me. HOWEVER, at Exotic Workouts everyone from my mentors to the students learning beside me have been extremely warm and inviting. Three months in and every week I'm look forward to being challenged and leaving feelin more myself. <3 Thank you for all that you do!!! & see you soon ^-^

Positive experience: Atmosphere/lighting was awesome. Students were welcoming. I only took one class and left feeling I didnt want to come back. I didnt get any sense that the teacher, Mia, cared about safety and she seemed to have a 'its supposed to hurt' philosophy. Having taught many years in health and wellness its just not true. Its really important we listen to our bodies. So sad to see that being taught instead of a healthy balance of self love and nurture. May return to try another teacher and update review.

Fantastic experience: The owner and staff are incredible at what they do. Shelly takes the time to walk you through step by step and will allow you to feel confident doing the different positions. It’s very comforting to know that an instructor will be patient and kind while making sure you hit every position correctly. The tenure of the associates is impeccable and the positive energy they bring is amazing. If you want to start your pole venture I recommend you start here!

She explained all the moves, answered questions, and made you feel so comfortable! I was super nervous but she took all of that away with her ability to make you feel confident and sexy and had a beautiful energy. Fantastic experience: Every time I travel to WPB on business, I make it a point to go to Exotic Workouts as much as I can. The staff there is incredibly talented and always welcome me with open arms. As a competitive pole dancer, I highly recommend this studio for pole athletes, or anyone interested in pole fitness.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a pole party for my birthday and it was fabulous. I had quite a few girls with me, more than I think is usual (21 girls in total) and our instructor, Shelly, was so great. She was extremely professional but fun and made everyone feel comfortable. We added the black light add-on and it was well worth. The pictures came out amazing and all the girls had so much fun. I was so impressed that I will be taking classes at the Lake Worth studio on a regular basis. Thanks Exotic Workouts
