Fantastic experience: If your looking for a gym to get the proper one on one help and information for your particular goals, this is the place. They offer a scientific body evaluation and will set up a program accordingly. I take advantage of one of their trainers they offer ( Rachel ) once a week and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Great for seniors or looking to work out properly while recovering from injuries.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this hidden gem. The owner is professional and courteous. They carry a wide variety of services along with a state of the art fitness center. It’s all the motivation I need to reach my fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: The Science of Fitness is, as someone else has noted, a hidden gem of a gym! It's located inside Winston Trails in Lake Worth. The personal trainer and owner Reginald Stewart is terrific and has trained many top equestrian athletes in the Wellington, FL as well. I'm currently going to his 6-week Boot Camp class and have so far lost 12 pounds personally. Plus I'm feeling more fit overall. I can't thank him enough! BTW, you can join his Boot Camp class, even if you do not live inside Winston Trails. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a better gym than Science of Fitness iny neighborhood. Professional, clean, knowledgeable and so much more. Reggie is an amazing personal trainer that will encourage you while pushing you to the limit. His fascia stretching is a must!

Fantastic experience: Reggie Stewart who recently re-opened the fitness center in Winston Trails is a true professional who takes much pride providing personal training at affordable rates with the goal of transforming your body and mind into a new way of living. His work outs challenge you to go the extra distance in getting the best out of his training and work out. I have been with Reggie for just over a month now and can honestly see a difference from when I started to now. My goal is to drop 150 pounds and get myself back doing the things I use to love like scuba diving, bike ridding and walking my do a mile every day. If your looking for a true professional to tone your body up and lose those extra pounds we all put on during this pandemic stop by and have a consultation with Reggie
