Redline Athletics Lake Forest

Fantastic experience: It's working out but actually fun! All the coaches are really nice, and friendly. It's really flexible, and you can just sign up and go.

Fantastic experience: My son's baseball coach recommended Redline to help condition and strengthen himself to prepare for baseball next spring. He had knee surgery for a broken patella in December and needed to continue rebuilding his quad and other muscles. His orthopedic surgeon said that it normally takes a minimum of 6 months after surgery to rebuild his quad, if he is diligent. Summer baseball and various baseball clinics and working out at the gym helped him to continue to get stronger. However, after attending Redline regularly for less than a month took him to the next level. He felt strong and confident enough to play football in the fall, which he originally wasn't planning on doing. His training at Redline helped with his speed, flexibility, and agility; he is more athletic this year than last year even prior to breaking his knee cap! He still wants to go to Redline to help him improve on his skills, even after long football and/or baseball practices. Teammates and coaches also noticed improvements in his speed and athleticism this year. Thank you Redline! You guys are great! Each coach there brings something new and different to the table to make sure that each session isn't redundant. I love watching my son continuously improving and getting challenged!

Fantastic experience: Our 12 year old son started Reline Athletics the day they opened in Lake Forest. We couldn’t be happier with the results we’ve seen thus far. He has struggled to find a passion for sports and thanks to Zakk and the entire staff at Redline, my son has finally found that he has a passion for working out! I would recommend Redline not only to athletes but for any teen or preteen looking to gain core strength, stamina and for overall physical health.
