Fantastic experience: This place is serious when you see sorinex racks and weights as well as a comprehensive collection of recovery tools like normatec sleeves and theraguns. These guys know what they're doing and have everything an athlete needs to beat the competition.

I've had a wonderful experience with Joey and he's been so patient with me as I'm clumsy and just not great at the movements yet. Fantastic experience: Went to Redline Athletics a few doors down and then came to check out Legendary Strength while their class was running. Needless to say, that was the only class my son ever went to at Redline and now is a Legendary Athlete. He loves it here and is motivated to work harder than he has ever before. We're chasing a college scholarship and this is place where he'll earn it.

Fantastic experience: Been lurking for a while when I saw this place open up in Lake Forest, and peeked my head in a few times, but only recently joined and gave it a try. Was a longer intake process than I'm used to with their detailed assessment, but I learned more about my own body in that 90 min that I ever have in all of my gym going years. Top notch place.

Fantastic experience: I love Legendary! I've been training for about 6 months and lost over 30 pounds and dropped nearly 6% body fat. The training is intense, but the exercises I do have been modified by Steve so that I won't get injured. Absolutely the best gym I've ever been to. thanks

Fantastic experience: My wife injured her back a little while ago and went to see David and Steve at Legendary and in a few months has completely been able to rehab the injury. She's gotten me to get my assessment done and while I've just signed up, I gotta say that I'm optimistic that I'll finally be able to get back to playing tennis with her.

Fantastic experience: This place is so damn clean. I don't know who's keeping it so tidy, but between Steve and the Joey's, this place is immaculate always. I train in the early afternoon when its a little quieter and I feel like im' getting to use brand new equipment every time. Killer facility.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! I had just begun crossfit for the first time and was a little scared. Their trainers did an excellent job of settling me into the Foundation Classes. Overall, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend that you look into these guys.

What a huge difference in education and I feel like I'm getting a way better deal training with Joey. Sure there isn't a pool or hot girls taking pictures of themselves all day, but this facility is top notch for what I'm looking for

Fantastic experience: Excellent value for money, very clean, and numerous cleaning stations to clean behind yourself. Excellent personnel to assist with training and much more. Message chairs and beds, as well as tanning beds, can be used both upright and lying down.

The level of education Steve is working with his trainers on is so much more than growing muscles, or losing fat. It's a straight up science and anatomy lesson.

Fantastic experience: Kinda funny, but a great example of how serious Steve and Joey take performance training is the "viewing deck" that is upstairs at Legendary. I'd like to say i'm enthusiastic about my son playing football, but Steve has proven to me that pulling me out of view of my son has made him perform better. I just cheer from the windows upstairs, haha.

Fantastic experience: My sister trains here and has been trying to get me to check Legendary out for the past few months. I did last week and boy am I glad I did. I've been in neck pain for a bit from sleeping on it wrong and Steve helped me understand that its from my sitting position at work. We're working on some exercises to bring me relief, but changing my chair at work and moving around more has made me almost pain free!

We're doing rehab on my knee and its nice ot know that i'm doing a simliar program to Steve who just had all the tendons in his knee replaced!

Fantastic experience: Where to begin... I met Steve 11 years ago when looking for the VERY best youth Sports Coach I could find for my son, Kevin in his HS freshman year of football. He was truly the 1st Coach I found after about 7-8 others, that I immediately knew was the top echelon of his profession. Kevin experienced unmatched gains in mobility, strength and speed. Shortly after graduating HS, Kevin went into the Marines where he absolutely crushed Boot Camp and the other ~300 individuals is his physicality, endurance and athleticism creating a meteoric rise for him through the ranks. Needless to say I was so awe struck I began training in the Adult semi private sessions. For many, like myself (that aren't athletes and/or lil older) the thought of free weights and heavy lifting is a little intimidating. Legendary is NOT that barking, beat ya up kinda gym though, so dont be intimidated. They use current state of the art science to increase stability & mobility first and that translates into unbelievable strength and endurance gains without bulking, even for this 55 yr old. Btw I have had 2 heart attacks and 5 heart surgeries in last 6 years and literally I would not be here if it wasn't for Steve, his knowledge, passion and love of conditioning to help people live healthier pain free lives. I know this because my cardiologist came to me after first HA and asked if I lift weights... I said well kinda, its much more than that tho... he said, well don't stop because I have never seen a heart with so much strength and capillary growth around it, which saved your life!
