Lift House Fitness is a boutique fitness center that emphasizes the power of lifting & the positive impact that it has on a member’s muscle mass and metabolism.
Weight training is an essential part of a fit physique & healthy body. In 2019, the founders of Lift House Fitness created a space for those who want to take hold of their health. LHF is much more than the typical group fitness class. In a welcoming community environment, we provide small group, strength based training programs designed by some of Texas’ top fitness instructors.

Our Dallas location isn’t a “come on your own” affair. We offer a premiere workout experience with group fitness classes and 1-on-1 personal coaching; combining classic strength training principles and a unique method of conditioning to help you reach your ideal physique.

The coaches at Lift House Fitness have a combined 60+ years of experience training. With the knowledge of the coaches and coach to client ratio in our classes, members will receive an invaluable hands-on training experience. Our Small Group Training is the closest to personal training that you can get, but for a fraction of the cost.
Whether you are new to exercising or have been working out for years, Lift House Fitness can give you a challenging workout. We welcome all populations, age groups, and individuals with physical limitations who are interested in getting physically and mentally stronger.
With our diverse array of equipment & unique programming techniques, our coaches increase our members knowledge of how to optimize their workouts to not only help them improve their bodies, but to also simulate their minds.

The group classes are limited in size so that you always get personal attention and instruction, attention is always paid to form and injury prevention, and no matter your fitness level there are modifications or challenges. Fantastic experience: Lift House is truly the best! From the top-notch trainers to the extremely clean space, this place is perfect for all your gym needs. The class sizes are small which means VERY personalized training. I can even DM a trainer with requests on muscle groups I want to target and he/she will work them into the class. This place has been a godsend for my mental health during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

Small classes so you get one-on-one instruction that is dynamic and doesn't get repetitive or boring. I've been going for about five months now and each class brings me back. Everyone is so nice, clean equipment and the best quality workout! Recommend you go!!!
Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend this place! In the past, I used to pay for a gym (and had access to a free gym at work) that I rarely went to. I realized I needed a personal trainer or someone to workout with for accountability. The classes are structured to set your ‘pace’ and ‘level of intensity’, so this place is for everyone (beginner/intermediate/advanced) who wants to challenge themselves each time. There are 1 or more trainers per class and a very small group. Everyone at Lift House is super friendly, helpful, and patient. You will get the level of attention you want or need. Shoutout to Tyler and Kendall for helping me push through workouts and making me feel more confident in my form.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Lift House! It always seem like I'm in a personal training session due to the attention of detail throughout the workout. Whether it's a morning or evening class, you can always expect to get a good sweat and be sore the next day.
Fantastic experience: I love going to Lift House! I know I am going to get a great workout in every time. The intensity is kept high throughout the entire class which I really enjoy. The coaches are so nice and patient, and they have both an instructor and a form coach in each class to make sure you’re doing the moves correctly. The studio itself has great equipment and facilities. The showers are super nice and they have towels and other toiletries for you to use. They really thought of everything. You NEED to try this class out!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this class. I joined my wife for a class and was exhausted after every interval BUT the two trainers in class kept me motivated and ensured I kept proper form. Can’t wait to take my next class.
Fantastic experience: I loved everything about this place - equipment, trainers, and the workout itself were all amazing. If you are into fitness this beats Orange Theory or Barry's by a long shot in my opinion. I signed up for 20 classes and can't wait to come back for more!

Fantastic experience: Love coming to this gym! I can get the high heart rate and calorie burn of a HIIT class, while lifting heavier weights than in a normal group fitness class with a form coach there to help! Plus, rotating through the different stations and exercises makes the class go by so quickly. I can really push myself knowing it will quickly be over. Glad I found this gym.
Fantastic experience: Went for the first time the Friday after Thanksgiving. Will led the group workout and it was great. Fast pace, lots of energy. Can not wait to go back again
Fantastic experience: Seriously such a great concept with so much thought and detail put into every inch and exercise. The form coach is helpful if I need to modify exercises because I have soreness or an injury, and the instructors bring awesome energy to an already intense workout. Telling all my friends to go ASAP!
Fantastic experience: Been going there since they opened and can't say enough good things! The trainers are friendly and helpful, the facilities are well maintained, and the classes are tough but fun. I like there are 2 people helping with form and weight selection during group classes. I usually go early in the morning before work, so I use the showers and locker room, and it's always clean with amenities available. I have done all types of group fitness classes, from HIIT classes at Equinox and Larry North, to bootcamps, to boutique gyms (tread fit/Alpha Project), and I prefer Lift House because they offer different class formats, and within the formats, they constantly change up the exercises.
