Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible! I kept hearing how nice it is since they redone everything, and I was blown away. State of the art equipment, tons of room, and the whole place is incredibly clean. More expensive than these $15 gyms but so so worth the extra money!

Positive experience: A small-scale gym for people who are either taking personal training classes or really know what they're doing in the gym on their own. Only 2 ellipticals, 2 stair masters and a few treadmills make up the cardio section. A lot of room to stretch, do cardio, or circuit training. Just a clean, quiet small gym for people to take classes or workout in peace. Not a conventional wearhouse gym but not a commercial gym either. The best place for a weightlifter or powerlifter or a person wanting a quiet place to workout at in Lake Charles, LA.

Fantastic experience: This really does seem to be an excellent facility. Nice people, extra wide variety of equipment, and reasonable membership rates. A day pass is $15, which to me seems really steep, but I'm beginning to realize that's the going rate at gyms these days. They have a shower in the restroom, but being your own towel. They also do a ton of personal training and fitness classes. In Lake Charles, I'd definitely recommend this place for your fitness home.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym because it's not overly crowded and the atmosphere is pleasant. The owner is a super lady and the physical trainers are all experts. I've been a member for over a year.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Allie and all the trainers are excellent! Very personalized training at an affordable cost! The classes offered are rigorous and provide you with a great workout, if you prefer classes. The gym is 24/7 now too!

The facility is clean and well kept. I particularly like the fact that the owner can often times be seen working out along side others and giving advice! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!
