Fantastic experience: I love this place. Coach Lex Diaz is so committed to the success of his clients. I look forward to going there to work out, and bummed when I can't make it. It's never, ever the same two days in a row, so it's always a variety of challenging and fun exercises.

Fantastic experience: Working out at Undisputed Performance is the most fun I've ever had while getting in shape. The trainers really work with you to reach your specific goals and I feel like I'm apart of a team during group classes. I'm the strongest I've ever been and addicted to that atmosphere I can't get anywhere else!

The group training bootcamps are intense and challenging and all of the trainers are top notch. This is the place to go in Orange County if you want to meet some great people, be trained by amazing physical trainers and see definite changes in your strength, endurance and physique.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing!! It has everything you could possibly need or want to target every muscle! With amazing trainers who get to know you and really know their stuff! They have private small group training classes and heated yoga classes! What more could you want!?! :)
