You should drink at least 24 oz of water and eat high carb snacks before your training session. Make sure to bring water, sneakers, socks, towel, shorts, and/or sweatpants.

If you need a Nuzuna's LIT-SUIT or LIT-PANT, our staff will provide you with one. It takes less than a minute to put on, and we wash them after each use to ensure maximum hygiene.

The certified trainer will select a training mode and stimulation level for you based on your fitness goals, health history, and age.

The trainer will design a workout routine that is customized to your fitness goals, whether you want a full-body workout or to focus on specific muscle groups.

Recovery is very important after your workout. We recommend that you drink twice as much water as usual and eat a meal high in protein. Please do not lift heavy weights, have a deep tissue massage, or drink alcohol for at least 24 hours.
