Positive experience: Pros: Power lifting area Lots of space Never seen it crowded Machines are well maintained Great rates Almost always playing good music Cons: Only one squat rack Some of the dumbbells are in rough shape It's not fancy. It doesn't have a smoothie bar or offer free pizza nights, but if you want to pump iron, you'll feel at home here. I've worked out at most of the gyms in the area and this is I feel the most at home at.

Positive experience: It's pretty huge and rarely crowded (even when it is, you'll never find yourself waiting on a machine). And the quality of the equipment is almost always great. If you're serious about it, this place will do you justice. It's a gym, not a hotel, this is more than you'll need. Plus, the staff are truly amazing (seriously). There's even rope-climbing. Also, I'm someone who doesn't like crowded gyms, and in some days, I'm almost alone in there!
