Joining Hot Worx has been the best decision I’ve made, to improve my over all health. Hot Worx customer service team is outstanding. Someone is always willing to help! .. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend HotWorx cedar bluff enough! I love the variety of classes you have to choose from and the virtual instructors are awesome. The staff is so friendly and the building is always very clean!! You should definitely try out of a class!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place! Been coming for over a year. The sauna gets you sweating the toxins out, loosens you up to train into more flexibility.. they have freeweights as well. I’m going to be 51 this year and my body looks better than it did all through my late 30’s, 40’s…Call and ask for a free trial! You won’t regret it! They have taped videos playing in each different sauna room to workout to and they have cycle and row rooms! It’s the best kept secret for fitness in Knoxville!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Hotworx Cedar Bluff since January of 2021. I love all of the workouts Hotworx has to offer, but my personal favorites are Yoga, Cycling, and Blast! I love the flexibility of the studio being open 24 hours and the staff is always super nice and accommodating! Try it out!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Hotworx at Cedar Bluff since it opened in 2019. It has been amazing in increasing my mobility, flexibility, and stress-relief. I love that you can follow along with the classes or just do your own thing. They also have free weights in the back! I've used Hotworx's sauna to do PT exercises. The infrared heat has made such a difference in my pain and inflammation from my injury. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! So glad I joined!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been motivated to work out like I have with Hotworx! I enjoy being in a private area so there is not the feeling of others watching you like a normal gym. I have always struggled with not wanting to work out because I didn’t know what to do at the gym. This gym has videos for you so you’re never left wondering. Fantastic experience: Had a membership for over a year and our experience was nothing short of perfect. The guided workouts are very well narrated and the saunas are spotless, including investments in technology to keep the studio clean by ownership. The staff is very kind and will always greet you when you walk in, which gives a great sense of community. Karsyn (General Manager) was with us when we started and has been a large reason why we have stayed even though our work hours/travel do not allow us to come by often; she remembers everyone that walks in and makes a point to create a great atmosphere for all members. We have really appreciated her effort, and all of the staff at Hotworx.

Fantastic experience: A mom’s dream gym! You can burn twice the calories in half the time! You can be in your sauna alone or with a friend (or spouse) & you don’t have to worry about anybody judging you if you can’t hold a pose for a long time or if you have to pause for a second & get a drink of water. It’s open 24 hours so you can go any time you want. Oh & I walk out of there SWEATY lol so I truly feel like I’ve had a good workout but still feel super relaxed. Karsyn has always been super helpful and sweet. 10/10 recommend! Ps it’s super clean & they take all of the Covid precautions so you feel safe going in!

Fantastic experience: I will never go to another gym!! I’m Hotworx for life!! I’ve always had trouble staying focused and excited for a workout, but do not have that issue at Hotworx! I’m so excited to get my workout in everyday and to keep motivated. It’s always so clean, the employees are so friendly, and I always feel so safe even when going on no staffed hours.

Fantastic experience: I've never belong to a gym before but going here has made me crave working out. I like the guided workouts and the detoxifying heat and infrared energy. The staff is always friendly when I come in. Surprisingly, they seem to recognize most of the members when they come in and greet them very kindly and positively. It's nice knowing you're not just a nameless face.

I feel incredible after my workouts and do not dread going. The facility is 24 hours for members, which really helps me with my busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: I love this facility! By far the cleanest gym I have been to and everyone is so nice! I had to cancel because I went back home to Chicago :( but I was made very aware of the 2 months cancellation when I signed up and the management team was super understanding and helpful with absolutely no problems! Hopefully I will be able to come back soon and rejoin!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hotworx for about a year now. The dry heat and sweat are addictive. I feel so detoxed when I leave there! The flexibility and toning that I have gained from the classes is amazing to me. The staff are so friendly, helpful and always cleaning which makes me feel safe.
