Fantastic experience: This is the gym to go to. Friendly environment with awesome, well educated, helpful trainers. Starting from Pj, Lezli, Coach Davis, Brooks and the rest of the team, they are amazing and they will work with you to achieve your goals or even beyond. It is not just a place to work out, it is a place I feel like my second home or even I can call it my relax zone. I love everything in this place. Also I love the massage therapy service they provide, Bertha is the best orthopedic masseuse. She is gentle with high skills. Coach Davis is my personal trainer and he is beyond amazing. He pays attention to your goals, he tailors the workout to serve you best. His knowledge is great.

PJ is the absolute best and seriously knows what he’s doing, he’s helped me with food and getting to look and feel the way I want to. Everyone is super super nice there and it’s a awesome atmosphere. They also have food there and I 100% recommended the pancakes. Would recommend to everyone.
