Fantastic experience: Incredible place to work out. Very clean and amazing people!!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been too. The atmosphere is unlike any other gym. The owners are absolutely wonderful people. Great for powerlifting especially if you want to get into it. I'd recommend this gym to beginners or anyone. They are very nice to military, I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is going to be leaving for bootcamp soon or anyone who is currently in preparing for a PFT or CFT or whatever the case maybe. There are also plenty of trainers who are great and very knowledgeable people. The community here is very diverse and welcomes anyone with open arms.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stellar place to work out and get in shape! The people are most friendly and helpful if one needs assistance. It's the best gym in our area with the greatest equipment. There's literally everything a person needs to tone up and stay fit. The owner is always very kind and is a super person. It's conveniently located between Kingsport and Johnson City on Highway 36, next to the new Dollar General in Colonial Heights. I like that at the end of the year and into January, a person may purchase an annual membership at a discounted price. It's well worth it, for sure, as many members are loyal for a reason.
