Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went to Nick to learn how to properly workout and to lose weight. He started me on a calorie deficit and working out and I lost 15 pounds in under two months!! That is something I could never do before on my own in the gym. I love the one on one, and all the knowledge he shares.
Fantastic experience: Nick is the real deal. I have been training with Nick since late 2021 and he has exceeded my expectations. I lost 40 lbs. over the first 6 months with Nick’s help and guidance. Nick does an outstanding job providing nutritional guidance to lose weight the right way. Nick has helped me train and work around some nagging health issues with great success. He designed a program specific to me and my goals. Nick continues to modify the training sessions to keep it fresh and fit my evolving needs and goals. Nick’s facilities are clean and quiet with high quality equipment. Nick has your program ready to go when you arrive. I get more done in an hour with Nick than 2 hours at other gyms waiting to use equipment. Nick does an outstanding job providing encouragement and guidance with nutrition and training. I am 50 years old and have been able to overcome numerous health obstacles with Nick’s help. I am healthier and stronger than I have been in 15 years and now able to live my best life. If you are willing to follow Nick’s guidance and put in the work, you will see positive results.
Fantastic experience: nick is hands down the best trainer! He meets all of my expectations and way more. When I first considered the thought of working out i was unmotivated and felt like i couldn’t do it. i was scared to get out of my comfort zone but so glad i did! Nick has helped me have a much better understanding of my health and I have definitely had a change of lifestyle that I never thought I would be able to correct. He continues to keep me on track and always goes above and beyond in answering my questions in depth. Nick truly cares about his clients health and i haven’t felt as confident in the way i look in a long time.
Fantastic experience: Nick has been my personal trainer for past couple of years. I have immensely benefited from Nick's expertise and his exercise program has worked great for me. One of great things about Nick is that he creates a program for you that never gets old or monotonous. He is always shaking things up, trying to make the workout routines interesting as well as challenging using new techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. And if one routine is not working for you he will start another workout challenging the same muscle group which keeps overall goal of the training same. During the covid peak he went above and beyond to keep the premises clean and made sure everything is sanitized and wiped between different clients. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting in shape and wants a one-on-one approach without breaking the bank.
Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Nick for about a year now and am extremely pleased with not only my results, but his commitment to my progress. Nick listens to my questions and concerns and provides responses in a technically proficient way which contributes to a great sense of trust. Additionally it has always been clear that safety is top priority, Nick will allow you to push yourself to your limits, but with a close eye and good communication, will not let you get close to potential injury. Nick is always ready and willing to change my program to accommodate any injury I might be nursing. His gym provides cardio options as well as free weights and machines to accommodate a wide range of training, and is a clean and comfortable environment! Hands down would recommend training with Nick :)
Fantastic experience: Nick is an excellent personal trainer. I went to him after my first negative physical I ever had in my life. At age 47 I was told I had very high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic. I decided that even though I am the most un-athletic, uncoordinated person ever born, I wanted to try losing weight rather than go on meds. I knew I could not do it on my own though, so I researched personal trainers and after reading Nick's story, I believed he was the person who could help me. I was right. He helped me achieve my personal goal of losing 20 pounds in just 4 months. He pushed me when I needed it, encouraged me, and most importantly, made me believe I could do it. He designed me my own program based on my own goals, and took into account all my issues (spine, knees, motion sickness). He will do the same for you! He is friendly, professional, personable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable in his field. His gym is extremely clean and nice with state of the art equipment. If you want to lose weight, get in shape, build muscle, etc. I highly recommend Nick and his Private Gym Training!
Fantastic experience: Nick is an excellent trainer! He taught me a multitude of workouts, which ones to use (and why) for my specific goals, and helped me to perfect my techniques. He also taught me a lot about the dietary side of fitness and how to maintain a good balance of protein, carbs, calories, fat, etc. alongside my particular program. He's extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, easy to talk to, happy to help with any questions outside of sessions, and genuinely cares about his clients' progress. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking a personal trainer.
Fantastic experience: Nick is an excellent personal trainer. He cares about his client's goals and needs, but will push you to check yourself and your excuses. If you want a "fad diet" and a "quick fix" he is going to tell you straight and not waste your time. If you want to do some serious body transformation and put in the work (and diet), then Nick is the personal trainer for you. He can help you accomplish your goals regardless of what they are. If you are looking for a "typical" gym "bro" personal trainer, then you need to go elsewhere. Nick is the real deal and focuses on healthy, maintainable, and realistic LIFESTYLE change as well as weight training. Sure, cardio is important, but use your time and his time better and focus on muscle building and overall body composition changing. Of course, if you want to spend your money having him watch you run on a treadmill, then that is your choice; however, if you allow him to use his knowledge and expertise to develop a program that is unlike what you can do on your own then you will not be disappointed. If you are afraid of lifting weights and getting injured, please know that he is EXTREMELY attentive to form and performing exercises correctly so as to avoid injury. He helped me correct some form issues that I had prior to working with him. I worked with Nick for 8 months and he was always professional and challenged me. The sessions are private and you get his full, undivided attention. He is well-worth the money and time investment. I have worked out in several of the local gyms and have also had a couple of personal trainers prior to working with him and he is BY FAR the best. I am hoping that once things settle down I can get back on his schedule and work with him again. Quick fix, fad diet, rapid unhealthy weight loss...this is not your guy. Steady, progressive, lifestyle and mindset shift while creating a healthy and maintainable health change...now you are on the right track. Nick does not endorse fad diets, nor quick fix medication or supplement scams. If you put in the work while you are in the gym with him and when you are outside of the gym (such as diet and lifestyle changes) then you will achieve the results that you desire. Additionally, Nick is a straight shooter. He will not BS you just to get your business. He will tell you what is realistic for you given the information you provide him with. He will create a unique and individualized program just for YOU based on your past experience with training and your own personal goals. His initial consult will answer all questions you may have and will help you (and Nick) decide if he is the personal trainer you need to accomplish your goals.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this well-educated trainer. He has a balanced approach to meal-planning and exercise that will help you achieve long-standing, life-long results. Great variety in routines and he helps you truly learn proper form which is critical to preventing injuries. Refreshing approach and non-judgemental atmosphere. He “meets you where you are at” in your life and challenges (in a kind way) to do more.

Fantastic experience: This trainer creates a unique experience to fit your personal goals and needs. He shares with you a wealth of physical therapy and medical knowledge tailored to your needs. He is very comprehensive and offers nutritional education and wonderful tips at each lesson. I have found so many awesome food items that are healthier than my previous choices- that taste great! ( chips and ice cream included ) What impressed me the most was that at every session he was very attentive to every rep I performed, correcting my positions and explaining how I can get more out of my workouts. I thought I knew quite a bit about working out, but I was surprised at the information he provided, that built upon each lesson. I was surprised he did not ever appear bored during my workouts as some trainers naturally loose focus a bit. Nick was on task each session as if it was my first one. I think he was very focused bc he wanted me to reach my goals ! You will find a very supportive, safe environment in his gym. He has the experience of loosing a lot of weight himself so I think he can easily identify with any body type and creates a nonjudgmental environment to be comfortable in. Nick is just super, and the only reason I stopped attending his gym was due to my schedule. I am needing early morning sessions and currently there are no openings. I was impressed every session with Nick and it was great to see a person work in a career that clearly they are gifted and meant to work in. He’s a wealth of information and support for his clients because I think he truly cares about improving their overall health, at whatever stage and pace they are currently at.

Fantastic experience: I've struggled most of my life with losing weight and keeping it off because I love food and hated working out. I've been working regularly with Nick for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results! I lost 40lbs! Nick helped me get past the idea I was stuck on that losing weight was something I "just couldn't do." He has different ways of looking at diet options, and really worked to figure out meals and workouts that worked for me. He understands that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for someone else. I would highly recommend his services!
Fantastic experience: My life is steadily changing with the help of Nick at Private Gym Training. With working out and a meal plan I have lost 8lbs in the first month! Nick is great about modifying the food I eat - not some crazy plan that’s not realistic for me to follow. I plan on staying with Nick until my goal is met. I never had the discipline on my own. I give Nick my highest recommendation! If you want to get healthy - in private with no waiting and crowds of people- Nick is the man.
