Fantastic experience: This facility has everything your corporate chain facilities have with out all the hype and huge crowds for a fraction of the cost. It has a cardio room with plenty of machines, free weights area, weight machine area, cardio classes, spin classes, pool, sauna, steamroom it's awesome! I love this gym! Never join a different one.

Fantastic experience: Brand new equipment, aways clean. Just wished they would enforce people to not slam weights, scream to motivate theirselves, and to let people work in between sets. I know people have been upset because of the religious ownership of the building but as far as the facility. It's nice and kept up. The staff is very nice and always polite.

New machines, great trainers , other equipment , different classes to specialize your workout , so many choices. Like the diversity of people , options and peace whenever I go to workout .
