Fantastic experience: Classes here are the best! I’ve been taking classes for about 2 years and haven’t stopped because coaches are super friendly and helpful when teaching new skills and tricks. Trampoline and foam pit is awesome and the air track+spring floor is perfect for tricking and tumbling. Very highly recommend for anyone looking to be more active even if you can’t do much

Fantastic experience: This place has been so great to work with. We have taken kids twice and both times the guys who check us in were great. The fees are affordable and they let us leave the kids there. The facilities are fun and kept the kids entertained. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: My son has been doing crazy flips and jumps since he could walk and when we moved to St George I knew he needed Parkour training. I'm never going to stop him from jumping and moving, but teaching him technique might save his life and my sanity. Been going for a few weeks now and my son loves it. Jeremy and Corbin are amazing teachers and they have the right amount of firmness with a herd of young kids literally bouncing off the walls. It's fun to watch and totally mandatory if you have an extremely active kid. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I brought my three kids from 11 yr to 15yr and it was really great. They built obstacle courses and ran around for 1 hour. Now they’re ready to chill.

Fantastic experience: I highly suggest trying Stoic out if you have ever been interested in learning Parkour. Each of the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and teach in a way that helps even the least experienced person understand. This place is so much more than somewhere to learn Parkour. Going to Stoic has made me friends I will have for life, and has been the foundation for moments I will never forget.

Fantastic experience: Stoic Parkour is a great place for beginners or advanced. They are very patient with teaching the skills in the parkour classes and the open gym is a great place to test your skills (or just have fun!). There are several classes offered, great for any age.

Fantastic experience: I love stoic so much! I have been flipping 1 year now and because of them, I have progressed so much! One suggestion... They need a TRICKING CLASS! Tricking is something that a lot of people down here want to get into, including myself, but no body is teaching it!!! Anyway, if I could do more than 5 stars, then I totally would. The energy there is super hyped, everyone is super chill and positive, and I always leave feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend if you are a flipper down here in St.George and are looking for a safe place to train!

Fantastic experience: It's would be helpful to share with the public what the age limits are before customers purchase a Get out pass. Moreover, if customers call asking about hours of operations and other details about your facilities it might help letting them know age limits. I notice now that the age is on your website (after pricing and photos of kids that look between 5-7 years of age). Quick reply from owners changed my rating on this place. Maybe I will bring my kids back at a later time.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best place to train your body to be nimble. The building is just off the freeway so its convenient to find for those who are traveling from out of town. I noticed the coaches are willing to help if you want to learn something new like a backflip! A good variation of pads, mats, bars, and elevated surfaces along with a spring floor foam pit and Olympic trampoline. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: Had a ton of fun here, it's a well thought out space with owners who are actually passionate about parkour, freerunning, tricking, etc. The staff is always friendly and attentive to safety while facilitating a good experience.

Fantastic experience: What originally was going to be something fun for summer turned into a passion for my 13 year old. We have tried gymnastics to help with flexibility and dexterity with my son not really enjoying it. He loves going weekly to parkour and has advanced at a much faster pace under the care of Stoic’s staff. Jeremy is amazing at keeping the kids focused and all staff members are talented at their craft.

Fantastic experience: Stoic is fun for anyone interested in parkour. Just starting? Enjoy the open gym, or work on your skills in one of the classes. The instructors make it fun, but also stretch your abilities. More experienced athletes will find a good range of equipment and obstacles to practice with. Best thing about parkour? The athletes support each other and continually offer encouragement.

It’s a quality gym with tons to do - whether you want to go jump around on the Olympic trampoline, do tricks on the spring floor or into the foam pit, train on the obstacles, or take classes to progress your movement. The coaches and staff are incredible! If you’re in the St. George area don’t hesitate to check it out!

Fantastic experience: We love this gym! There is so much to do there with the Olympic trampoline and foam pit and gymnastic floor! My son spends hours flipping and jumping and never gets tired! The owner and all the employees are so knowledgeable and kind. Great fun!

Fantastic experience: This place is the Bee's Knee's, and not just any bee, a ninja bee that wears sunglasses, plays guitar, and rides a motorcycle. The one bee that get's all the honey bee's, this gym is that bee's knees It's pretty awesome

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few gyms in Saint George and this one is easily the best. The Olympic trampoline to foam pit is super fun! And the tramp wall is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I really like this new parkour gym in St.George. There is a huge foam pit for practice big tricks , but my favorite part are all the different parkour obstacles to train on. Having the gymnastics floor right there to practice landing new tricks on is definitely a confidence booster. Southern Utah has been needing a gym like this for a long time. Great place for all skill levels.

Fantastic experience: I own a Parkour Gym in Grand Junction, Colorado. I took a trip out to St. George for the grand opening event with 12 of my students. They had an AMAZING time. They each learned new movements and skills and built great friendships. Stoic was made with quality in mind. Between the Parkour obstacles, spring floor, and trampwall & foam pit combo there is a lot to do and learn. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Everyone needs to visit Stoic ASAP!
