Fantastic experience: Jeremy is a breath of fresh air as a coach and a person. I have not worked out for years. I took his offer of a free week and decided to commit to the 6 week Transformation Camp and I am so happy I did! I am 4 weeks in, and appreciate the 360 approach including food intake, encouragement, working the entire body, the importance of mentally engaging and gratitude, personalizing the program for my abilities, past injuries, weaknesses, etc. It is an incredible value and the focus on body fat and inches is what is best for me. My pants and shirts are lose and I feel a BIG difference already. His expertise in working through pains and soreness has been very impressive and helpful to stay moving. Thank you Jeremy! You are the real deal!
