Fantastic experience: Darla is amazing! I am new to crossfit and new lifting. The barbell can be intimidating, however she has made the unknown experience exciting and thrilling!

Fantastic experience: The owners are extremely nice, helpful, and caring. The gym is clean. Variety of equipment and very big space. The people are very inviting and helpful. Crossfit can be intimidating when first walk in. Everyone is inviting and make you feel less anxious. I highly recommend slinging weights here.
