Fantastic experience: Great place, staff hospitality is wonderful. All the equipment is up to times.

Negative experience: I called about a month ago and asked about prices. I lady gave me prices for my husband and me and our 15 yr old daughter for month to month with teacher discount. She said $60 each a month for my husband and I and then $10 a month for my daughter, with $35 enrollment fee each and $15 for each key card. Then I called back to ask another question and she told me she asked someone else and it would only be a $35 enrollment for me and my husband but not my daughter but it would still be $15 if we wanted her to have a key card. We did the week trial. Later my husband came down by himself and a younger girl was there and when he signed up they said the 1st lady told us wrong and there would be a $35 enrollment fee for our 15 yr old daughter. My husband paid it and we continued going to the gym. Two weeks before our month was up my husband gets a call and is told that it is now going to be $180 a month for the 3 of us instead of the original $130 because our 15 yr old is going to also be $60 a month even though it clearly says add on for child (13-18) is $10 a month. When I messaged them about it, they apologized but just blamed it on “human mistake.” Needless to say we won’t be going back!

Fantastic experience: Not a pickup place like most gyms & nobody looks down on people who are just starting out or get back in shape...owners & staff are very personable & helpful.

Positive experience: This is such a great, no nonsense gym! The only caveat is that it seems to be a little social, so make sure you have loud earbuds if you're bothered by folks gathering and having pretty loud, prolonged conversations across and around the gym while you're working out. Otherwise fantastic!

Fantastic experience: My favorite local gym! The fact that they’re open 24/7 works perfectly for my busy schedule! I love that the classes are included in my membership!! The staff is friendly and the trainers are helpful when I have questions about certain exercises or machines.

Negative experience: Place is clean, well kept, and secure. But has broken equipment that is never fixed or replaced. Not enough lockers and haven't had hot water in weeks which is unsanitary. My number 1 complaint is poor air flow and hot temperatures inside. It is always hotter inside the gym than outside. Usually the temp is set at 72, but today it was set on 74. The temp outside in the parking lot was 62. Unacceptable. I can only imagine how it will be during the summer. I seriously almost passed out despite being hydrated. If they don't fix their air, and I pass out.. I will sue! I pay a lot of money to workout there, for them not have better ac and airflow.

Fantastic experience: Seriously one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, I was only a member there for about a year before my husband and I moved. But now, we attend a gym that REALLY makes me miss this gym. Hopefully they haven’t changed it, but when I was going, the classes and tanning were included, it was abundant with machines that actually worked, and it was only $25 a month. Highly recommend this gym if you live in the Huntsville area.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! 24 hour access with a membership (though front desk hours are different). They offer guest passes as well. Packed with free weights and useful machines. Also has tons of cardio equipment, a huge spin room, and lots of classes offered. They have daycare during certain hours too.

Positive experience: Gym is great - all necessary equipment provided & kept clean - but would like more classes offered. The tanning beds are very old and small compared to other beds at nearby chain hair salons. But I realize primary purpose is the gym. Looking forward to their new location being built, but then it will be a further drive. (Husband signed our contract or I would go to the gym *down the street. Will leave it at that.) Hardcore lifters will find what they need here.
