Fantastic experience: I never thought I would love working out!!!! I tried every gym, every program, every everything. I honestly hated them all. I decided to join Letrono because it was close to my house, they offered daycare and because I loved Crossfitters booties!!! I want a booty like that!!!! I joined and I was instantly addicted and I watched my body change in a matter of weeks. But the best thing that has came from joining Letrono, the friendships I have made and all the support everyone has given me through my journey!!! The coaches are the most motivating people and the facility is always clean and organized with top of the line equipment!!! I will be a LETRONO CROSSFITTER FOR LIFE!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Letrono Crossfit for over 3 years, and they are fantastic. I travel a bit and have gone to crossfit boxes in many places, NC, Chicago, Hawaii, and others. Each time I go other places I realize how amazing Letrono really is. The coaches are very professional and thorough. The classes and programming always include thoughtful warmups, and challenging workouts. When I have visited other places I have found that they do not measure up to the quality coaching and programming of Letrono. My 14 yr old son has been going with me for two years and his progress is amazing. I highly recommend Letrono Crossfit for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Letrono is family not just a box. Love the trainers, and the community. (: I have more strength, power, endurance. It don't matter level of fitness, Letrono trainers will support you in every way possible to succeed. There were many times I felt like I could not do the workout due to my level of fitness, boy was I wrong. Since discovering Letrono Crossfit I have never been in better shape nor will I ever step foot into a regular gym. (:

Fantastic experience: I have been at Letrono since the beginning. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Not only is the facility the best I've seen (and I have seen A LOT) the coaches are the highest caliber as well. You truly are family here which makes being healthy and staying in shape a way of life, not just a hobby.

Fantastic experience: If you would have told me a year ago I would love working out at least 3 times a week, I would have laughed at you. But it has happened. The coaches are great, motivating you to push harder than you thought you could. The other people are in your classes are there for you with encouraging words and high fives. It has been a life style change for me.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Letrono. Great coaches who care. They watch each athlete (yes, you will start to consider yourself an athlete after a while) and make sure that you are performing each movement safely, correctly, and efficiently. I love the community. It's not just a gym you come and go, and no one knows you. You are working out with a group, and they are cheering you on. You get the chance to do nutrition and workout challenges to get to know each other better. Great owners, great box.
