Fantastic experience: Came here whilst on vacation in Waikiki. I received a very warm aloha welcome from both staff and members, which is consistent with most F45 gyms I have been to. The workout was tough and the humidity had me sweating buckets. I had a great time and look forward to working out here again.

Fantastic experience: Love the energy and the workouts. Coaches are always around to push and motivate you to do your best. First week is free so definitely worth trying out. Workouts scale for people of all sizes and abilities.

From the beautiful open air setup, nice and new equipment, tons of class times to choose from, and best of all, the AMAZING coaches. I already can feel and see a difference in my body and energy since I started. It’s been such a great experience!
