Fantastic experience: Wonderful morning yin yoga class.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure- I may have already reviewed my yoga studio. But, I have to leave another review today either way. Since I’ve been going to the classes on the beach regularly, I have enjoyed it. The class is super chill, but the instructor never gets upset with me if race ahead & then do my own thing here and there. LeighAnn is an amazing instructor and she went above and beyond to help me with a little pain I had today. I am super grateful that I get to practice on the beach with her regularly. #beachyogabliss

The studio is welcoming for people of all levels and feels like a safe space from the busy world. All the teachers are humble, kind, and extemely educated in their craft. Highly recommend!

I love how welcoming the instructors are especially Valerie and Yanee. Valerie’s Vinyasa classes are amazing and I look forward to practicing regularly!

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and was searching for a yoga studio. They have great first time rates whether it's just for your first class or if you want to try one month unlimited. The instructors are amazing and the overall energy and vibe of the studio is wonderful. I have been to two classes so far and have felt so welcomed and enjoyed both of the classes so much. I look forward to coming back for more classes. I hope they can add more classes through out the day in the future!

Fantastic experience: Great offering of beach, studio, and virtual classes to suit everyone’s comfort level. Instructors are mindful and encouraging (I am lower-intermediate level). While I am not a hardcore “yogi” I felt completely comfortable with where I am in my practice due to the chill and respectful atmosphere the instructors and other clients provide. Take advantage of their great specials for new clients (I signed up for unlimited month)!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Had a yoga class this morning with Leigh Russo. Leigh is a fabulous yoga teacher! I loved how she got right into it, and I felt refreshed and limber afterwards. I look forward to her Chill Vinyasa and Yin classes next week.

Fantastic experience: Amazing boutique studio with fantastic teachers. Started my yoga journey 3 years ago here and have seen fantastic progress. The teachers and students are very friendly and help motivate you on your journey. Currently the studio has HEPA filters around the studio and each space is 6 feet from each other to allow proper social distancing. There's some great deals in the packages and also virtual classes if you can't make it to the studio.

Fantastic experience: First, the studio: it's spotlessly clean, well designed and has a great vibe. Next, the instructor: I took Rachel's hot yoga class Wednesday at 6:30p and it was one of the best experiences I've had. Her energy is calming and instruction is perfect. She verbally walks you through every flow but also allows time and space for you to move on your own. Hands-on guidance is offered, but not pushed. She's respectful of everyone's personal practices and still motivates with unique and challenging flows. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! From the amazing instructors to the perfect studio and community that they make you feel as a whole...wouldn't change a thing. I started my practice from ground zero and have been improving every class thanks to motivation of the instructors. I recommend everyone try it out! (especially since the 1st class is FREE!)

Bend & Breathe is a little piece of heaven in downtown Hollywood Florida, the teachers are top of the line they have a genuine love for teaching yoga! The cost of the classes is pretty reasonable and best of all the first class is completely free and let me tell you after you experience it you are never going to want to leave! They also sell little gifts from incenses, handmade wired wrapped crystals, handmade jewelry, handmade yoga mat bags, essential oils, etc. It's an adorable space led by amazing humans who will do their best to help you melt your stress away. Fantastic experience: I was honored to be one of their first clients on opening day! Alyssa and her team are so welcoming and talented. I'm not a yoga pro at all so I took an intro class and I loved it. The instructors take their time explaining not just the poses but the intention behind each pose. A wonderful addition to downtown Hollywood!

Fantastic experience: Bend and Breathe is where I come to relax most Friday afternoons. As a med student I'm constantly under a lot of stress and coming here is the only thing that helps me clear my mind. The ambiance here is perfect and the staff is friendly and welcoming to everyone. Alyssa is an amazing instructor-- she's clear and easy to follow. She also makes sure you are positioning yourself correctly and offers modifications for difficult poses so everyone can participate and feel comfortable. The first class is free so take advantage and check it out!

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely little spot. The staff is amazing, and the classes are great. I love how the teachers challenge you to try new poses. Alyssa and Theresa explain the benefits each pose has on your body. I'm so Happy this place opened such a nice addition to Hollywood. If you are in the area, try it out. Especially since the first class is free. I mean what do you have to loose expect some tension :)
